Did not let me know he was at my house first of all, not good. Would not talk to me about my house. He acted like he knew it all. He was $40,000 under what I sold my house for. Zillow was closer for free

Hi, he was very nice but I did not like him asking me why I wanted a appraisel. That is none of his business, I understand why he asked because he is in real estate also. He did not explain everything or anything to me. I got the appraisal done, and I do understand most of it, not all of it. Also he did not show pictures of the property next to my home, which is a lot of land it could be split and sold. Other then the above mentioned he was okay.

When you have to explain errors of 1st appraisal done,in order to receive correct info comparison in revised 2nd appraisal,I would say something is wrong. I contracted and received another appraisal from a separate business;it reflected a more positive result, due to justified comps.

When I called Ken, he got me in right away, showed up on time (even a little early), was quick, professional, and the report was very thorough. Would recommend :)

Ken is clearly an expert in his field. He was prompt and efficient during his appraisal and provided his report on time as quoted. A very good experience.

I hired Ken Krawczak to appraise my home in Canton Michigan, on Monday February 13th. He arrived over an hour early without a call ahead. He walked through the house without asking a single question. I had to tell him the work that I'd had done on the house. I paid him in cash and he assured me that I would have my appraisal in my email by Thursday the 16th. When I hadn't received my appraisal by Fri. the 17th I called him. I was told by Ken that he'd been in the bed sick and that I'd receive my appraisal by Sat. the 18th. It is now Mon. the 20th and I still haven't received my appraisal. He never gave me a receipt, which I know better, but I wasn't thinking, so I'm assuming that he has no plans on fulfilling his obligation at this point. I will never do business with Acupraise again!!!
