Did not meet my expectations of a home appraisal. I would think they would look more into details. EX. Quality. how was it built, materials used, how well is it insulated, is it a newer furnace, roof, windows, storage, walk in closets, etc. Don't just look around at a few other homes in the area for what they sold for. That's just my opinion.
