"This person can't even call to have a discussion. I never low ball any value as it is unethical. I offered some of my other services as a Realtor and at a reduced fee and my contacts of investors to possibly purchase his home. His home is in extremely poor condition with no updates in years and the front living room wall needs total re-construction due to roof leaking and water infiltration as the wall is rotted from water and needs to be torn apart and re-built which would be very costly. Also I had an excellent sale that had extensive damage to prove my value. If he would have had the guts to call and talk about it I could have explained it to him but he was afraid. Now I will not offer any of my other services and expertise to him."

"This person is only dissatisfied due to the value which is absolutely correct. If she had another appraisal it is fraudulent and did not use similar type homes. All my sales were of similar style, size, and location within close proximity to hers. There is no reason for a low review except she expected the value higher and wanted me to use inappropriate sales."
