T OOK TIME TO ATTEMPT TO FIX THE PROBLEM. ONCE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT FIXTURE NEEDED TO BE COMPLETELY REPLACED HE. GAVE ME SEVERAL OPTIONS ON THE TYPE OF FIXTURE THAT COULD BE USED. WORKED WITH ME REGARDING INSTILLATION TIME & DATE.

Mr. Duffy had talked to my husband prior to coming out, heard what the problem was. He told him the service call was $75, but, if it was something simple he'd be fair and cut him a break. Mr. Duffy came out, seems like a nice enough guy. Looks at the light fixture, shows me how to get the bulbs in.but brought no bulbs with him. So, he tried the 4 my husband said were burned out, and they were. End of service call. Break in price due to simplicity, nope. When my husband called him to complain about the price and to ask why he didn't honor his original statement. His comment was "By the looks of your house, I'm sure you can afford it."
