 + 0 moreVery efficient, thoughtful approach, worked through problems, were pleasant and professional, and cleaned up well. They worked hard and consistently until the job was done, and were responsive to any concerns or suggestions I may have relayed to them. When they realized they would fill up the entire truck for their morning run at our house, despite having planned to serve other customers that morning, they worked on getting another truck for the crew to take and a driver to take "our" truck back to the dump.
Description of Work: Clear out construction debris from crawl space, old shelves, etc from garage, assorted junk, old treadmill.

 + -1 moreIt went well. They were kind of expensive though. For $100 they only moved a little bit of stuff. If they had moved more furniture for me with the price they charged, I probably would give them a good grade. They only moved a computer desk and a lot of hangers. They did take some stuff down in the basement for me that I wanted to move. They were here on time and got things done.

Description of Work: Another competitor had a $59 Angie's List deal, but they weren't able to come out for another week. I went with 1-800-GOT-JUNK for the convenience - I had a day off of work and they were available when I called the same week. They arrived on time and gave me an estimate. My impatience got the best of me and I had them do the work since they were already there and ready to go. They were very thorough and professional, asked me if I was satisfied, and cleaned up by sweeping a very, very dusty/dirty, cobwebby garage. I was very satisfied with their work, but I definitely think they are overpriced.

 + -1 moreINCREDIBLE! Six men, three dump trucks and two and a half hours later, our headache was gone. They took EVERYTHING. They were scheduled for 12:30, called us before then to say they were a bit behind and told us 1:30, and showed up at that time. We were thrilled that they were so conscientious of our time, and thrilled with the work they did. Worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY! I would recommend them to my friends and family for sure.
Description of Work: We inherited a "Sanford and Son" corner in our backyard when we moved into our new home. There was a fence surrounding a head high pile of junk; broken cement block, bricks, fences, gutters, barrels, chicken wire, wood, pallettes, golf clubs, hoses, a bath tub... We didn't know what was back there. We called 1-800-Got-Junk because we just didn't want to try to deal with finding a dumpster that took everything we could identify and things we didn't yet see in the pile. They came out and gave us an estimate within two hours of us calling, and scheduled a time for pickup.
