Description of Work: We had a minor fire -- mostly soot damage, confined to one part of our bedroom. Clean-up was pretty thorough (but we had to wait rather a while for it to be done). Clothing, curtains, etc., that had to be cleaned were gone for more than a month, which seemed excessive. Some items were sent to the wrong people, and we received items that belonged to someone else. It all got straightened out in the end, but for the price, I expected better. |As to the "use again" info, there are not a lot of people who do restoration cleaning where we live; that affects my answer.

 + -1 moreMy dog peed on the carpet so he pulled off the carpet and washed the back of it and got rid of the padding. He came back twice till he got the odour out. He did a lot of work on my carpet to get the dog pee out. I did have to replace the padding. Craig White out of Adriane came out.

 + -1 moreThey were punctual and professional. They have cleaned this carpet previously, several times. This time the end result seems even better than previously. The carpet looks cleaner and fresher and even the "traffic problems" are almost invisible.

 + -1 moreOverall they were nice and professional. They arrived on time and work well with scheduling but the carpet cleaning itself was not done well as stated above
Description of Work: Although the people involved in the company were very nice and pleasant, the work done was not really good. The stains on the carpet were not removed. In one room they just went around a bed instead of moving it and we had to move the bed and complete the job ouself. Also, we had notified them we were hiring them to clean for pet smells in one of the homes and nothing was used to complete the odor removal. We ended up hiring and paying another company to complete that job. We used them at two different houses and both houses, the carpet was not thoroughly cleaned. They were punctional and very nice, the cost was good but the work itself was less than acceptable. We were very disappointed at both houses.
