Where do I even start? The antenna doesn't work even 2% of the time...as it is supposed to according to Michael [Provider Name Removed] from Advance Home Solutions Rep/Salesman. Also, suspiciously enough, as soon as they completed the install on my roof....my internet no longer worked. It seems that the arm on the satellite was somehow broken. I was without internet for a week while I was waiting for a repair service that cost me $60. Michael also took my old antenna without my permission and I would like this back. He also left about 100 feet of cord going across the middle of an upstairs bedroom. It could and should have been hooked up differently. It's a health hazard. My daughter tripped on the cord the first night and broke her tooth which is part of a bridge. The service was and is horrible. The install guy was only concerned about getting to the Secretary of State before they closed for the day. He was in such a hurry to leave that he even fell off the roof...that's probably when he broke my internet satellite. Michael also sold me a Firestick for $100 that I can't use because it doesn't have any cords. I have contacted Michael [Provider Name Removed] about these issues and he keeps giving me the run around and is extremely rude. I guess I'm out over $700.................
