Martell Electric, LLC

2 years out from job and Martell's worked still has not passed the Townships Electrical inspection and Paul from Martell ignores my calls and the township has multiple unpassed inspections of Martell's work in St. Joseph, MI

Knowledgeable manager and prompt dilligent electricians doing whatever was needed to complete work. Manager provided his cell # to deal with coordination with power company. Electrician provided his cell # if power company showed up early and returned to complete work. Martell stayed true to their cost estimate too.

I hired them to install my Generac generator. Terrible communication. They spend most of their time in commercial work and dabble in residential. They would show up, work for a few hours, then move onto another job. It has taken well over two months, and my generator, as of today, still isnâ  t useable yet. I leave emails, voicemails and texts, most of the time they go unanswered.

My telephone call was returned promptly by Paul. My questions were answered clearly and concisely. Service appointment was arranged immediately. Martin, the electrition, arrived on time. Completed the job in a timely and workmanlike manner. Cleaned up all debris before leaving. Highly recommend.
