Fantastic! They were able to start the job less than a week after I called. They did a great job. They were on time, clean, and respectful. Colin was great to work with. The crew showed up bright and early and stayed until the job was complete. They got it all done in one day.

I hired Rangel's to cover and waterproof a small crawlspace in my basement. They were prompt, courteous, and very professional. The work performed was absolutely beautiful, and a major improvement. They were on time, they had to dig a hole in the basement floor and dig a communication with another drain as well. They covered carpet and sealed off the wrk area for dust during the jackhammering. They dug a trench through the front yard for the drain system and put everything back, you can barely tell what happened. Cleaned up, everyone was nice and professional. Very pleased.

I would like to begin by saying I would recommend this company for any project they are able to complete. Rangel's Waterproofing and Construction installed a basement tile system and a new basement egress window the week of October 9, 2017. Ozzie Rangel and his twin sons, Vincent and Gabriel, own and operate the business. Vincent is the manager, writing the estimates and contracts. Vincent and his dad Ozzie came to write my estimate. Both men were very respectful of me and honored all my questions. Ozzie promised he or one of his sons would lead my crew. Not only did Gave lead my crew, Ozzie worked at my house at least two days. When the project was completed all things promised on the contract were completed as promised. Even though it took three trips to Menard's on Friday afternoon to get all supplies needed no corners were cut. Friday completion was the goal and the crew worked until 9 PM to reach the goal. In spite of the lateness and being dark the basement and yard were cleaned beyond my expectation before they left. Yes, the project was completed on time in spite of many glitches, but the best part of working with Rangel's was the courteousness and professionalism they displayed toward each other and me. By the time the project was compete we felt like friends. There were never any harsh words spoken to anyone. Gabe was even very polite and patient in teaching a new crew member. I would hire Rangel's Waterproofing & Construction again.

Rangel crew replaced a basement window well that was never properly installed when our home was built -- 18 yrs ago. The original window well did not have pea stone gravel around the well and the drain at the bottom of the window well was plugged. It was a mess. Rangel excavated around the old well, removed it and installed a new Wellcraft well. We used 5 sections of the Wellcraft 5600 product to insure that there was plenty of barrier to ground water entry -- which had been a problem in the old well. Around the well and in the bottom of the well, they installed a significant amount of pea stone gravel -- almost down to the drain tile around the home. They also installed a top cover and removed all the excess dirt and other materials from the area. They were extremely careful not to damage the lawn. Great people to work with, unbelievable value, and I would highly recommend them for any water remediation problems you might have!

It went well, very orgainized well mannered gentlemen.

The window is now beautiful and most of all dry. At one point in time I was so scared for rain and if my basement rugs would be wet. Now I forget to check because I have a dry basement. Thank you.
