I couldn't be happier. Josh got to the root of the problem and even pointed out some areas that could be of concern in the future that I could handle myself - and told me how to do it!

Josh and his team were extremely professional. They gave us a clear quote, worked long hours to get it done quickly, cleaned up afterwards impeccably, and followed up afterwards. They had to cut away drywall, tear up carpet, remove a large wood platform, and treat the basement for level 3 flood damage. We can't express how much attention to detail was taken.

Our basement flooded on August 11th, as did much of the area around us. Elite contacted me after the company I had called recommended them. They kept in touch until they were able to come out and help with the basement. They called me the morning of August 15th and came out to begin cleanup. By late evening, they had taken out our belongings that were still in the basement, tore out the remaining drywall, insulation, and cabinets, cleaned up any mess that still existed, and sanitized the basement. They instructed us as what to do next before leaving. A couple days later, the rental fans and dehumidifier became available so they brought those out and set them up. They explained how to keep them rotating so the basement would dry quickly. After a few days, they came back out and inspected the basement to see how dry it was and took the equipment out. They sent us an estimate by email so we could send it to our insurance company, as well as an invoice. Elite is a husband and wife team and were very helpful, honest, polite, and worked very hard. They didn't try to rip us off during a time when a lot of people would but kept their integrity and helped us. I definitely recommend them and will use them again if we ever have the need.
