They came to look at it when they said they would. They also fixed the problem promptlly when they said they would. Looks like great work.

Actually I would have given them a 5 but they forgot when they said they would be there. It was a small job for them, so in fairness, they were nice to fit it in as soon as they did. They were fast quoting the job, putting it on the schedule, and very polite and businesslike in handling the project. I have haded them to my recommended tradesmen list.
