His ability and experience in the Detroit market was amazing. There was never a realtor that he didn't personally know and never a neighborhood he didn't personally know someone in or had lived in himself. His personality was a perfect fit and he took the time to explain why we were or were not doing something with a estate deal. I have worked with several realtors in the past, but Mr. Card is the best by a long mile. Go with Card; you'll be glad you did!

Description of Work: I would highly recommend the Monzo Group to anyone. I initially found them on Angie's List and asked them to come out for a property analysis and to give me an idea of what things I should do to prepare my house for sale. After I finished getting the house ready, they came back promptly with an updated property analysis and gladly accommodated my preferences in the selling process. I signed a listing agreement which was posted that day (Tuesday evening). After a dozen showings on Wednesday, the house was sold on Thursday. They were very helpful through the entire process and assisting me with the decisions I had to make. We recently closed which went just as smooth as the listing and selling. It was a great pleasure to work with Carol Wright and the Monzo Group.

Their knowledge of the area and their connections with other parties that are needed for finalizing the deal and closing processes is phenomenal! They gladly accommodated all of my preferences in the selling process and modified things accordingly. The house sold within a couple of weeks after listing, so their results speak for themselves. Eric came in took his time to explain all her options and made sure she was comfortable during the entire process. I work late hours and she waited until I got off work to show me houses which I greatly appreciated.
