+ -1 morePhil was always on time or early. What he said he would do he did it on time and on budget. The work he did I loved and was pretty much flawless.
Description of Work: replaced island lights with new pendent lights installed 4 resessed lights. installed ceiling fan installed bathroom fan replaced all outdoor wall lights
