Description of Work: West Michigan Roofing installed vinyl replacement windows throughout most of my home. I am very pleased with the quality and appearance of the windows. They were the highest estimate I received, but I felt the quality was worth it. Once ordered, the windows were received as promised within about three weeks, and the installer did an excellent job. I give them low marks in punctuality, responsibility and professionalism, however, due to delays in providing estimates and and getting back to me with the estimates in a timely manner. Following the window installation, I asked them to provide an estimate on gutters and covers. They reviewed and measured for the estimate, but never provided me with an estimate, nor did they respond to an email and phone call to check. Because I value the quality in materials in installation they provide, I will not absolutely rule out using them in the future, but only if provided with more timely responsiveness.

Description of Work: Started out extremely well and the job was done in a very timely manner. The problem was that we had a leak from the date the roof was installed. We dealt with this leak until June of this year, when, thankfully, the issue resolved on its own. It was nearly impossible to get them to show up and address the problem. Being that our roof was installed in October 2013 and the issue resolved on its own in June 2014, that was totally unreasonable for a leak issue. I'm just praying the leak does not come back. Very friendly workers. Response on the phone was usually, "It will be at least a week before they can get out." Would I use them again? Probably not, merely because of their responsiveness on problems after they had received their money. If you never have a leak, probably an excellent job.
