I am having trouble receiving bill so I can pay balance owed.

Tandem was very effective with the speed of responses and reacting to my initial inquiry. He called me right away even it was Sunday. He was polite and professional. He identified the problem right away. It was an embarrassingly simple problem. He charged me for a service call.

Tandem responded with a quote, scheduled the job, and completed it promptly.

I talked to the tech on the phone and told him the problem I was having with my fan he suggested I replace the reostat with a standard switch and it worked. No visit, no charge, but I will hire him in the future!

travis and his ass't lou, were great. came out to give a quote for 3 ceiling fan installs. price was much better than home depot's mr. electric. arrived on time and did a great job. they were careful and cleaned up after themselves. i would highly recommend.

Travis was prompt, friendly and professional. In looking for the source of the problem he was thorough, but not slow. I will use Travis and Tandem Electric for all future problems and projects.

such a nice man. so honest it was a small problem and he could have charged us a lot more but because it wasnt a real problem he was honest, charged half the fee per hour, and am planning on using him for further job's. honest, truthful, professional, pleasent, cant say enough very nice man.

I contacted Tandem Electric after registering with Angies List and having a few company names listed. Tandem responded immediately and was able to answer all my questions. He came the very next day to check my electrical problem and fix it. He was in and out and didn't waste any time getting right to the heart of the problem. I was very pleased with the service I received and would not hesitate to call on them again. I was truly pleased with his courteousy in removing his shoes, timeliness in accessing the problem and making it right, and with his patience in answering all my many questions. I strongly recommend Tandem Electric.
