Our oven failed on Thanksgiving day and our turkey was not cooked. We called Louie, he came when he said he would and gave us his explanation of the problem with clarity. He was very professional, competent and kind. We will call him again if needed, thank you.

Louie is very responsive and come out the same day, ordered parts and came back a few days later to install. Very friendly, knowledgeable and fair on price. I would highly recommend this company.
