+ -1 moreI use my LT daily & opened it as usual, but nothing about my LT was normal after that. Warnings popped up. I couldn't get into my email. It was a mess. I brought my LT to ICS (Intellect Computer Systems); they removed the virus(es) and were able to save all my data, pictures, and files -- what I call "my life" - at least in words and pictures. It took a couple days as I had a LOT of data to save and several viruses. The work by ICS was professional, competent, complete, and they met all my questions with patience and a sense of humor. I will continue to bring all of my computer work to ICS!
