Everything was excellent.

Chris did a great job on our house. We were very impressed and hope to have him back. He worked really hard the whole time he was in our home.

The cleaning was very impressive as I have had numerous maid services in the past but none compared the service Chris provided. He washes the tile floors by hand and uses different color towels depending on the areas he cleans so I know he not using a rag that was used in the bathroom or floor on my kitchen. His attention to details as incredible.

I purchased a certificate for their services on 05/24. I emailed right after I purchased to try to schedule a time for him to come out. I didn't hear from him so I called the phone number listed and left a message later that afternoon. I didn't hear back from him until the evening of 05/26. He left me a voice mail and suggested I text him for faster response, so I did. I heard from him the next afternoon, 5/27. I responded right away. I didn't hear anything else from him, so on 5/31 I sent another text. I didn't hear from him until the evening of 6/1. I responded immediately, and as of this writing (afternoon of 6/2) I STILL have not heard from him. I'm done. It shouldn't be this difficult to set up an appointment. If he is this lax about returning messages, I don't have a lot of confidence in the quality of work.

Things started great. The first couple of weeks were good. After that he wouldn't show up and we'd have to track him down even though we had repeatedly asked him to contact one of us if he ran into problems. It became clear that he was not not at all reliable and then stopped returning phone calls. This negatively impacted our business and we were forced to hire another cleaner.

The job has always been done professionally. We are very pleased with the service.

Chris and his team are really exceptional. I don't ever have to worry about whether or not they'll show up or if the place is going to actually be clean when they get done. My renters consistently tell me how clean the place is?that's the best part of all! My customers have NEVER complained about the cleanliness and in surveys and the guest book, they consistently talk about how the place is not just clean but "immaculate". And, unlike other cleaning companies I've used in the past, I don't have to come in and clean again after them. I really can trust them to show up and clean the place the way I would, if I had the time. And I'm SUPER picky. And, I have to say, I think Chris is THE most detailed man on the planet! He'll text me when he notices that something is missing or out of place?making sure I haven't forgotten something necessary for my guests. I often tell people I'll stop renting if/when Chris retires! I also use him for my twice monthly home cleanings and he does a great job and is very reasonable and always working with me to get me the best price possible for my cleaning appointments. I have literally gone through at least a half dozen cleaning companies over the years but once I found Chris and his team, I knew I found an amazing cleaner?.I highly recommend them!

They did an excellent job. The entire home was coated with a very fine coat of dust from a moderate sized renovation of my home. Chris arrived on time and did an exceptional job leaving me with a home that was cleaner than it was before the work started. I plan to use Diamond Global for all of my cleaning moving forward....

As soon as the renovation was complete, I hired Chris to clean because 4 overnight guests were coming to spend the weekend. The months of renovation left a fine layer of dust that clung to everything! Chris and his associate cleaned the dust that clung to baseboards, window trim, blind slats, bathroom tiles, as well as the usual dusting of the furniture. Chris cleaned the "ground in" grime left by workers' boots on all tile and wood floors. My kitchen floor looked better when he was finished than it did the day the installer gave it the "final" cleaning. Every surface in the kitchen and the 3 bathrooms was gleaming when he was finished including the tiled walls, backsplash, counter, cabinets, appliances, chrome faucets and floors. I did not take advantage of Chris' coupon. Since this job involved far more than a typical house cleaning job, I didn't think it was fair to pay a discounted rate. In my opinion, even at the standard rate, I still got a real bargain. I've had countless cleaning people and services over the last twenty years but none of them cleaned as thoroughly as Chris.

Clean two of three floors of the house every two week. Approximately 3000 sq feet each time.

Cleaned whole house--did a great job. I'm grateful that they were able to get here on a nasty, frigid day.

I was not present when Chris deep cleaned the house. When I arrived at the house after the cleaning, the house smelled fresh and everything seemed clean on the surface. After spending a few days there I noticed that the hallway in the downstairs and the downstairs closets were dusty, as if they had never been cleaned. I called Chris, the owner, and mentioned this to him. He said that his assistant had "cleaned" that area and that he would clean it next time he came over. My biggest disappointment was with the floors. After walking around barefoot on the laminate floors I noticed that my feet were dirty. Obviously they had not been "deep cleaned". I called Chris a number of times before I finally got a response and asked him to return and deep clean the floors properly. (I was going to pay him for his return, he said he had been sick and would email me if he could return the following week. On the day he was scheduled to return to redo the floors, I received an email from Chris saying he could not make it. I tried calling him back, and left a message a week ago and still have not heard from him. I have updated this review from my initial favorable review, because of the inadequate deep cleaning of the floors, and his poor communication.

We are very happy with the service from Cris and we have continued his service every week for many months. He is very honest, does really good detailed work and resonably priced. We started the service within a month of us moving into the new house. We have children and a lab retriever. He started with a one time cleanup of the house for approximately $130. We pay him weekly $75 to clean the house. We have approx 3400 Sq Ft with walkout basement. He alternates between the upper floor and basement. He is punctual and follows the schedule setup. It is very nice to come home and find the house nicely cleaned and well taken care of. The weekly price seems expensive but it is based on the size of the house and total time he needs to spend. In our experience the house stays nice and clean with the regular visits. I had no problems asking him to do something extra occasionally. I will recommend the company to anyone looking for a reliable cleaning service

Chris is thorough, courteous and trustworthy. He personally came to our house to give an estimate, which was considerably less than another quote from a different professional cleaning company. He does a great job for a great price!

I called and left a message on a recorder. The call was responded to within 24 hours. A gentleman came out to the house and gave me a written estimate for the work that I needed done. Be sure to be precise as to what you need done. Expect add-ons when he gets there to bring the cost up. Since this was a one-time only (and not on a regular basis), he fit me in within a week. The day of service he and another worker arrived at 11:45. The time he had given me was "around 11." This was ok with me, but if you have other appointments, you need to pinpoint the exact time with him! They quickly got to work and I am very happy with the end results! The workers were extremely polite and professional. I'm sure to use them again!

He brings a check list so nothing gets missed and his own cleaning supplies. We have had cleaning services in the past, but Chris did a more thorough job.

I got a living set of coupon and it was for three hours of cleaning. I just gave them a call and they were able to accommodate me within less than a week. Their service was great. I paid at the discounted price of $45 for three hours with the coupon. I would hire them again with whatever rate that they have.
