Uncle Phil Handyman

Description of Work: Uncle Phil removed boxes and "stuff" that had been in our crawl-space for 30 years. He cleaned the entire crawl-space afterwards and because there had been a small water leak (that he found while removing boxes) he spent the time to find out where that was coming from, for no extra charge. We will be needing additional work done and already have him ready to do that (replace bi-fold doors, fix a door latch, paint the basement floor). Uncle Phil installed stair railings at my daughter's house.

Description of Work: I've used Phil for several jobs. One job was for drywall repairs to two different ceilings. The other was to install carpet on my basements stairs.

Description of Work: I have had Phil work on a few things for me, and I will definitely be calling him back in the future. He installed an external door on an old home and probably should have charged me more than he did. He was very fair with me. After that job, I had him install a couple of replacement windows and he did another great job. When the weather warms up, he has already looked at doing some aluminum siding repair for me on another home. Phil was on time for both jobs, and he communicated very well through cell, text and email, to make sure I was in the loop on any decision.

Description of Work: Tuck pointing concrete steps & re-attaching a shower drain that had come loose.

Description of Work: Gutted a kitchen and reinstalled cabinets and floors.

Description of Work: Flashing around chimney had come loose and we had a water leak around the chimney. The roof and gutters needed leaves and pine needles removed.

Description of Work: needed a couple of cabinet doors to match existing cabinetry
