Tittle Brothers Construction

I met with the salesman in May was told the job could definitely be done by the end of June I told him that was great because I had an event schedule for the 4th of July. Job was not completed till August that was the first problem. The job was done one day while I was at work without any prior notification when it was completed I was also at work I noticed that first day that the concrete was sloping toward my house and it was going to be a problem I tried to contact the salesman and he told me he would stop by two months later he still had not stopped by I started calling the office finally got through to an office manager and was told that someone will check it out next year because you know it's too late to do anything in October. The spring arise so around April I start calling again this time I'm told they're backed up because of a lot of roofing jobs that happened it happened over the winter so they had to catch up on I wait another month and call back and I was told that someone will be out to take a look at it finally in June someone came out and looked at it and told me that he was going to send the pictures back to the office and he took the metric measurements I never heard anything from the office I never heard anything from the guy who came out and took the measurements so to this day I still have the problem and it's been a year lousy customer service just to start. I paid them thousands of dollars and I can't even get them to give me a phone call back and own up to the problem.

Absolutely useless and unreliable. I attempted to get an estimate for a bathroom remodel in December of 2016, took a day off of work and they cancelled our appointment after we were supposed to meet. Today I had an appointment to meet with Seth and our insurance adjuster to get an estimate to repair/replace our roof. Again, I had to took a day off work, and again Tittle Brothers Construction cancelled at the last minute. Tittle Brothers Construction and it's people are useless, unreliable, and unprofessional!

Terrible work. They failed multiple inspections and were called back several times. The gentleman who sold me the work quit from the company. The work was shotty to say the least. EVERYONE who has come over friends and family have noticed the mistakes they made!! Too many to say the least... NO EXAGGERATIONS!! Finally we asked them just to leave. A month or two some friends referred us to a contractor for the bathroom and sure enough it was the Rep from Tittle Brothers. I wasn't there it was my adult son who let him in unknowing our frustrations with them. They quoted a an 8'x5' room for $17,500!! When I finally got there I couldn't kick their butts out fast enough!!!!! NEVER WOULD RECOMMEND THEM..... NEVER!!

work ok no walk thru when done (I was Home in back yard cleaning up after them)When I called and asked where they were sales man told me well there are already near next job . I could call and schedule walk thru (what ) I only had couple little issues ,but after they got last check (my Fault) i was too big of pain to come back and I was treated as bad guy

Contract signed with a deposit in Oct. 2015 and work did not start until Feb, 2016 and completed within a couple weeks. Why so long to start was first issue. Second issue was work in general was not what I thought I would get. The most important issue was the trying to get them back for rework/repairs. I just received a damaged screen back today Sept 24 2016 and that came back all creased and scratched up. Will now have to order a new one from Anderson window, I ended up making all the repairs as they where not interested in completing the job. My previous review pertains to roofing and the did do good on that project, but certainly not a project of this type. I would not recommend them for these types of project stick to roofing projects. Not impressed with there response to issues which is very important to completing a job. Plan on performing the finish work yourself if you use them for your projects.

Simply go to Yelp and check out the DOZENS of reviews of this company. They do not deserve a "B" rating by any stretch of your imagination. After a $13,000 contract to repair a water leak, nearly 11 months later, we are still getting water in our studio. They are uncommunicative, unprofessional, unskilled, and unethical. Our original contract (for a job that should have taken a month at most) took 8 months! From before Thanksgiving to mid-July. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! I have dozens of pictures. I'll post some later.

I requested a quote from Tittle Brothers in February for a Roof Replacement. Scott was punctual in meeting with me and providing a clear and accurate estimate. I selected them over other roofers because they offered a solid sounding warranty on the Job+ Roof material and a fairly reasonable price. The roofing job was completed 4/15/2016 but it did have a few hiccups. Firstly I'd scheduled for the work to be done in the afternoon (2pm) instead of the morning so I could be present and so my roommates wouldn't be woken up early, but they showed up around 8am after I'd left for work and began their work without calling to inform me, waking up my roommates in the process. Imagine my surprise when I arrived home early from work (after taking time off work), expecting the crews arrival, only to see the job had already been done. I also had to face some pretty upset roommates, who, being second shift workers (4pm-midnight) weren't too happy about the early wake up call. The scheduling mixup aside, they also didn't do the greatest job of cleaning up as I found nails and scrap pieces of ashphalt shingles all over my yard. I did call Scott to let him know and he showed up and called his crew back to clean up the mess, and he did apologize for the scheduling mix-up. The roofing job itself looked to be a quality job, no complaints on the new roof at all. But the scheduling mix-up and poor clean-up job were the reasons I couldn't give anything more than a "B".

They were excellent. There was no question left unasked. They quality of their work was excellent. The product and material used was excellent. Everything about them was excellent.

I requested a quote from Tittle Brothers a little over a year ago. At the time I received a discount for being an Angie's List customer. When I was ready to replace my roof on my house and garage the quote did not change. In fact, I was able to save more $$$$ because Bo (without hesitation) matched a lower estimate from another company. The crew arrived on time and completed the job in approximately 3 hours. The service I was provided was wonderful and professional and Brian kept me well informed through the process. The crew as nice and respectful. I am beyond pleased with the work they have done on my house and the money I was able to save. Thanks again Tittle Brothers, Bo and Brian!!!!!!!!!! Job well done!!!

During the process of getting quotes for our roofing project, we had a number of companies come out. James from Tittle Brothers came out to give me a quote and we hit it off immediately. He was very respectful and very informative. We chose tittle brothers and boy am I glad we did. They had about 30 guys come out and finish the roof in one day! Super efficient process. Was very impressed with the work they performed. Had a crew of about 20 , removed all shingles to the wood did some wood repairs and installed new shingles all within 2 1/2 hours in and out so quick I never thought they were here and it was clean. Was so impressed they are currently doing a larger home project and thus far quick and organized. Stay tuned for the results of this project! Highly recommend for any home improvement project.

Scott tittle was great to work with .he made me feel at ease with all my questions .he had the answers to all my concerns .not pushy at all, And involved both my spouse and myself in the presentation .we love our new roof !! thank you Scott. and thank you tittle brothers for the great job! I needed a new roof and I called around to four other companies to get free estimates the prices they gave me were ok somewhere a little higher than I expected but when Tittle brothers came out the gentleman named Bo made me feel comfortable walk me through everything showed me exactly what they would be doing .I knew Without a doubt that this is the company that I'd be going with. We set the appointment up and they where right on time. The crew was very courteous and professional. When they were done Bo came by to make sure that I was 100% satisfied and I was. They showed up with 20 guys and installed my new roof in one day it was awesome and a sight to see . Gary and his crew will definitely be recommended to my friends and neighbors .

Called tittle brothers to come give me quote for new roof.scott tittle came out and was very straight forward and very knowledgeable.I decided to go with there gold series . Scott explained the different systems and all the components that were to be used on the house and garage . he then explained what all in tail the gold series system I would receive a 50 year labor and material warranty backed by north Americas largest roofing manufacturing company GAF. Scott told me the crew would have my house and garage completely tore off hauled away and new roof on in about 5 hours.i was amazed when the crew showed up to complete my project.there was at least 30 guys on the roofing crew and they were completed in less then 5 hours and they even had to change out some rotted roof decking as well. I'm very impressed with Scott's professionalism and tittle brothers construction overall .the new roof looks great ,and I couldn't be happier I have already referred 2 people to Scott so if your looking for a great job at a fair price don't hesitate to call tittle brothers construction.thanks again !!

The workers showed up on time as scheduled and completed my roof in less than one day! I also had a very old door replaced which looks fantastic. Our salesman Bo was professional and courteous, he was helpful in suggesting options that would work within our budget. I will definitely use them again for my future projects!

Smooth and no pressure from James Tittle Jr. He arrived on time for the estimate and was very helpful in making my informed decision. The crew arrived as scheduled @ 9:30am and jumped right to it, done by 3!

We had serious storm damage on our roof and needed a contractor to come out to our home and help us deal with the insurance company. We have never had to make a claim on our insurance and were very nervous about it. A friend of ours referred Tittle Brothers to us and told us to ask for Bo. Upon calling he came out the next day and took all our worries away. it was obvious he knew what he was talking about. He gave us a fair estimate and delivered exactly what he promised.

My experience with Tittle Brothers couldn't have been better. My project manager Bo was very helpful at helping me decide what roof color and awning style to get. The crew that completed the work was very pleasant and prompt. I have many projects I would like to do and I will definitely be calling Bo. We worked with Scott Tiddle. They were very professional and organized. About 20 people showed up all at once got started right away and didn't waste any time throughout the job. These guys really hustled; they actually ran instead of walking from area to area. They cleaned up as they worked. Both roofs were completed within about 6 hours. The interior work only took about a day and a half to complete a family room with 18' vaulted ceilings. They repaired the drywall, painted the ceiling and and the walls in the family room and the walls going up the stairs. I picked the color from sample cards of a different brand than what they use, but they still matched it perfectly. It looks great. We are very happy.

Communication was Excellent. Work Provided by Roofers was Prompt and Efficient and Excellent Cleanup was amazingly excellent Friendly Contractor and Great Workers. Would recommend Highly !!! Great Company to Work With !

I was impressed by their politeness and professionalism. They were prompt in responding to my call for an estimate. I requested estimates from several companies. Tittle Brothers offered the most prompt and reasonable price. They completed the entire job in 4 hours. They made a follow-up call a week later to see if we were pleased with their work. Pete, the sales manager as well as all of the workers were very personable. I would definitely recommend this company for roof repair.

They were very professional and quick, from the salesman(Shylo),to the tear off, to the clean up. The next day they arrived to pick up the scrap trailer and the driver noticed a wallet on the grass. It happened to by my neighbors and he returned it. They were very grateful..

I dealt with Pete Theofanopoulos and he was polite and professional. The job was completed promptly and efficiently.
