Tittle Brothers Construction

I did not hear from them so I called to find out details, they gave me a time but never showed up.

I would highly recommend them. They were honest with me and came out on time for the appointment. They were very thorough and answered all my questions well.

Installation was quick. However did not get started the first day until 6pm. Worked into the dark using spot lamps. Had to have someone come back out and pick up nails and cigarette butts.Lead installer left and gave responsibility to another installer who did not have all the answers or authorities.

We called Tittle Brothers when our roof started leaking during one of the heavy downpours this spring. Within a matter of hours their salesman Pete was able to come out, inspect the damage and give us a quote. Pete was very thorough in explaining exactly what was causing the problem and what our options were for getting the roof repaired/replaced. After thinking about it overnight we decided to have Tittle Brothers do the work based on our meeting with Pete, the promise of a quick turnaround on the work, what we considered a reasonable quote, and the reviews of their company on Angie's List. We were not disappointed in the least bit. The work was delayed slightly by the weather but once they got on the job I was amazed at how quickly they were able to complete the work. They brought a crew of 15+ and were able to remove and replace the roof in just a few hours. This included cleanup (I have yet to find any stray roofing nails). We are very pleased with the quality of the work and how good our new roof looks. I will definitely call Tittle Brothers for any roofing needs in the future and will be recommending them to friends and family in need of this kind of work.

Tittle did an excellent job identifying the problem, where several others were unable to.

Overall, it was okay. They were supposed to came back, they just did not. After so many calls, they finally apologized...that's not very professional. I am grading them a C. Even if they have a bad communication, the quality of the job was really good with a long term warranty (50 years). I will not be using them in the future.

I used Tittle Brothers Construction and they were very good. they were prompt, efficient and effective. their communication was also good. they replaced my roof within the set time and they came to replace the roof about 4 years ago. The cost of the service was about $8,000.00 The workers who came to do the job were very good and did good work and I would use them in the future again.

I had to leave town for a week and left all the details with my wife, leaving her to interact and detail with Tittle Brothers what needed to be done. I purchased thier $49 voucher for $100 in repair credit before ever even speaking to them just to get the ball rolling because it allowed me to schedule when purchasing the voucher. They promptly contacted my wife and arranged to come to the house the following day. I was supposed to have the extra shingles I had out for the repairman to use but I forgot to pull them out of the garage. When the serviceman arrived they helped look for them with her and did all the climbing on the ladder themselves to get them down once they found where I had them stored. He then climed on the roof to assess the situation and realized there were some initial issues with the way the nailing was originally done back when the roof was put on about 10 years ago. Nothing terrible but issues that were big enough that allowed some shingles to loosen and come off. He touched up and properly nailed down a couple spots where the shingles had popped up a little and then addressed the bare spot where some had completely blown off. He used the spare matching shingles I had from a previous repair and when my wife asked what else we owed we were actually thanked by them for using thier services and told the credit repair we purchased was enough. They refused to take any additional money for the minor work they did. To me thats just amazing, they could have easily taken advantage of my wife while I was away as she wasnt familiar with anything they were actually doing yet they treated us just the opposite. They were beyond curtious, helpful and then actually restored my faith in humanity by not charging us any additional money. I would use Tittle again, but not just again, everytime I need work done! Thanks Tittle Brothers for a job well done. ***UPDATE*** The first Tittle visit was great, as described above so I wanted them to come back & install some new garage doors for me. I had only pulled $49 out of my pocket thus far for the work they did & wanted to infuse a little more of my hard earned money into my local economy, since one garage door was flat out broken and wouldn't open. They gave me a time that was convenient for them, it wasn't so convenient for me but I told them I would accomodate the 4 hour window they wanted me to be at home for, so they could give me a quote. Unfortunately the salesman never even showed up.....and never even called. Since they asked me to accomodate their schedule I figured I'm not calling them & chasing someone down to give my money to, figuring they would call me within a day or 2 to figure it out, that call never came. I finally sent them another message on Angies List & let them know we're all human and have our days. They told me they'd get to the bottom of it so I gave them my phone number and said to call me anytime and I would immediately just leave work and meet someone there whenever they were in the area and that was my last communication with them. My wife who was the only one of us at home for the first set of work did receive a call from them finally a week after my last message to them. She explained that I wasn't happy and that all they had to do was get in contact with me since I still wanted to give Tittle a shot and since I was still in desperate need of new garage doors. They told her they would contact me, that was over a week ago, no one ever called, no other message on Angies List. This is by no means a rip on Tittles craftsmanship, or work, its simply a layout of how a situation went down, leading to this updated disappointed review. I felt my outstanding review would have been misleading had I not at least updated the situation with how it most recently went down. Again, when Tittle does work, it was good for me.....my problem though was getting led around like a child only to be staring at a blank wall in the end.

Tittle Brothers were great! Worked in all extreme conditions that Michigan provides as well as being courteous and patient with me on other projects. They did a great job! Very happy with everyone from the sales, to the crew to the foreman. They helped my home look beautiful!

They we fantastic and I have dealt with many contractors over the years and I can make that statement about very few...Tittle Brothers is a company where I can make that statement confidently. They explained all the details of why and how the work was going to be done. They were obviously very knowledgeable of the service and the products they were selling. I appreciate them accepting payment after the work was completed and did not ask for one dollar in advance. I got the 49$ roof repair service for 100$ worth from. The repair man said that he had to fix a leak and used 2 shingles I had and popped in the nails back. I have paid additional 200$ for these services.But then renegotiated it to 100$ with the sales manager. If you think you have any repairs use the 300$ worth deal rather than 100$ deal as roof repair costs are always expensive.

While replacing the roof, broke the window in my garage door. They then when I notified them, replaced the whole garage door. Very happy!

Once it was determined that out roof was in need of replacement, we solicited 3 different companies for pricing, Tittle brothers was the most professional to deal with. They came out the same day as called, other companies took and day or 2 to come out. We felt it was necessary to do our due diligence and accept 3 bids as this is an investment in our home and a costly one at that. We accepted the bid with Tittle brothers after being given all the details and taking time to compare. They took the time to explain everything to us and we just had a comfortable feeling with them as a company. The men that came out worked efficiently, quickly and left nothing behind for us to have to clean up. This was a huge concern of ours due to my landscaping that we invested in the previous year. The sales man came by after the job to inspect everything making sure that we were aware of a tax credit we would be eligible for once all was completed, to our surprise the final job came in $800 less then the estimate, which made us extremely happy. We expected just the opposite or at least even, it is nice to deal with such an honest company. Quality work, great employees and wonderful to deal with. We are a few years later and no issues with the new roof!

They arrived early in the day and had the whole thing done within 4 hours. Cleaned up all the debris and were very professional.

I had a new roof installed as another company had installed a roof about 7 years ago and apparently didnt install the proper materials. With the brutal winter in Michigan this year and all the snow and ice on my roof I ended up having a leak. They responded immediately to my call and got someone out that same day. To my surprise they were kind enough to get a tarp on the roof an hour later to stop the leaking and the following day came out and installed an entire new Awesome looking roof and completed the job in 5 hours. Couldnt have gone better. Big fan of this company!

I found my project manager very attentive Chad had knowledge and custom products that made my Bar truly one of a kind. Very pleased with the spectacular finished project.

Pete the sales man came and gave us a estimate for a new roof and for attic insulation. Answered all of are questions, gave us a quote that was fair the job was done just as he said in one day. Clean up great. Having them back for some siding and gutters.

My house went from the 1970's to incredible in a matter of days. I interviewed many contractors and felt the most comfortable with James. He was very knowledgeable and very polite. The men who performed the work really took pride in their job. I couldnt be happier. You should give them a call.

The new roof they installed looks beautiful. I was amazed at the fact that they all showed up in logo shirts and trucks. They finished my roof in one day as I was promised. I met the staff when I was leaving for work and when I returned my new roof was done and looked great. From start to finish the work completed and all communications held with Tittle Brothers Construction was very professional. Their staff is very friendly, knowledgable and punctual. I highly recommend them.

All our interaction with the company was very easy and great. We live in a trailer park and most companies wouldn't even come out to give us an estimate let alone work with us so well. Both me and my husband have a full time job plus we have 3 kids with 3 very different schedules. Tittle was in and out when they said they would be and the work looks great They were always available for any questions I had. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get work done on their home.

one of the salesman came out and assessed my roof damage, due to a windstorm.i was very impressed and selected them over the other estimates I got because you could tell they knew roofing and sounded the most knowledgable . They showed up on time with a massive crew that worked like ninjas, tore off the old roof and got the new one in before I got home from work. The owner called me to make sure all was well and made sure I was happy with the cleanup. All around great experience, they did an outstanding and timely job, which is super important when you have a jacked up roof!

Tittle Brothers and project managers showed up at my residence in between the times of 9 and 9:30am. All of the materials were already here on site, and they were prepared and ready to go. In a timely manor the roof was completed. The workers were extremely polite, hard working and clean up was amazing and like they were never even here. The field agent delivered what he had promised. A month later I had my porch done and the results were just as good. I also love the fact that they are a certified master elite roofing contractor.

For this upcoming summer.My overall experience with Tittle Brothers was excellent. They explained everything to me very well and did everything that they said they would do. in would recommend them to all of my neighbors, family, and friends. Deffinitley will be having them do my next project.
