I didnt use the deal because initially there were scheduling problems for the service and then they advised me they no longer are offering this service on the coupon any longer.

The order was placed on 7/31/14. The company contacted us on 8/7/14. We scheduled an appointment for 8/20/14 and company didn't show. On 9/4/14 we tried to contact company and have yet to hear back from them.

This job was a disaster all around. Roof was replaced due to small water problem around the front door during winter. In retrospect, probably ice damning and I should have left it alone. The roof was only five years old, but we decided to do the entire roof rather than the repairs that were offered as a lesser option. The team of guys that showed up was huge, with no obvious leadership. A so called supervisor showed up shortly after they were done for payment and I paid by American Express in case of problems. THERE WERE MANY! The roof leaked like crazy in numerous places. Tittle was out no fewer than six times and they were unable to stop the leaking. We lived with buckets around our house for months. When I tried to do a charge back on my AE, the CC company told me Tittle had used my CC number to directly pay their supplier in Chicago our full roof amount, so I was unable to do a charge back. Very questionable ethically in my opinion. After much difficulty, we finally found another roofer who was willing to try to repair the mistakes and problems with our roof. He said it was a terrible job, one of the worst he's seen. For the most part, it's fixed now, but it cost us an additional $5200 plus the repairs to our ceiling drywall from leaking. Ultimately, Tittle sent us a check to reimburse us for the additional costs, but it was three weeks after they said they would send it. I had already consulted a lawyer and seriously considered following through on the lawsuit for reimbursement of everything, plus damages. They definitely earned it in my book, but in the end I didn't want the added stress of it and accepted their payment. My opinion is that this company is incompetent, and they either don't realize it or don't care.

They never responded back to me. I finally called them and they said they would have to get back to me, I've never heard back to them.

I scheduled a morning estimate from Tittle Brothers. They arrived the same day at 5pm. Did not call to let me know they were running late. They did a visual inspection of the roof from the ground and said the roof looks fine. I pointed out an area of concern where my siding meets a roofline where there has been some water leaking. They did climb up and inspect this area. Upon inspection, they diagnosed a problem as being damaged cedar shingles. The wrote up an estimate to cover the shingles with vinyl siding, including the $100 credit. I approved and signed the estimate. They said they would call to let me know when the work would be scheduled. After a week someone came out and put the Tittle Brothers yard sign in my yard. And that is the last time I saw or heard from Tittle Brothers. I called several times to find out when they would be returning, only to be told that the person who does the scheduling was out to lunch (no matter what time of day it is, this is the stock line they use) and that they would call me back. I never received a call.

It went fine. He showed up as promised. He gave some feedback on what needed to be fixed. I wasn’t home when they came. He came back to explain and gave an estimate. I’m going use them to repair the roof soon.

See above! I do not recommend. And I want my money back!

My issue was with a flashing issue around the entry door, a much more minor problem then expected. Very pleased and happy I went with Tittle Brothers!

They were excellent! They came when they said they were going to come! They got all the work done in one day! I was 1,000% happy with this company! They were just excellent! I couldn’t have gotten a better company! Their price was great! They just did a super job! I was very, very happy with everything about that company! They are exceptional!

Tittle Brothers Construction did a good job, in completing the work only it took longer than expected, was to start the job in two two three weeks but started in four, there was also a lack of communication between Management and Labor at time which cause Me as Customer to follow up and inquire certain work that was done and not completed properly and mangement had To be called in to get the job completed, But once management was called in , The Job was completed in a professional way. The Sales person did apologize for the inconsistency of some of the team and assure me that the party responsible for The problems would be subornize for their action.

No tune up done as far as I remmeber.The person checked roof from inside of the house as we said there's some leaks.Never left quote.Not going to use them again.

When I originally purchased the deal about a month ago, they were responsive then but we were unable to work out a date. I tried again this week getting in touch with them and they have not responded via either phone or email.

All in all it went good .About mid way thru there was a problem with the permits so they had cease and desist work.While they were cleaning up, the permits came through and they finished the roof that same day.I was impressed with the workers.But at the end of the day an open bundle of shingles and tar paper were left on the premises.I have no use for them.

Asked for a refund and never responded back to me.

They tune-up our roof by putting down some nails that were sticking up and tarring some things. Our insurance required us to fix these things asap so the Angie's deal was superhelpful as was the guy who came out. We know our roof has only about a year or two left but we're working on some other issues first so having the extra quote will come in handy for planning in the future. I'm sure when we're reading we'd use Tittle Brothers again.

He proceeded to sell me a new roof (my roof is only 13 years old with 30 year warranty!). This is a company that is scamming the customers with the discounted service that they have no intention of fulfilling. I am very disappointed.

Told us our roof needed too much repair for our $49.00 so he gave us a very expensive quote for a new roof. We never got our $49.00 refunded. Bottom line is the "Big Deal" is a big rip-off!

I have spoken to the company in the last week of May 2014 to get an appointment. They didn't even follow up to explain the reason behind on missing appointment. Thanks!

The guy that came out was nice enough. It didn't seem like he took very long on the roof to determine it was beyond repair. Hopefully it was that he knows his business so well and not just looking for a big dollar job. Speaking of the estimate provide seems pretty high compared to prices I have heard others have received for jobs even larger. I plan to get other estimates before I make a decision.

His presentation was very professional.I was impressed with the warranty of the materials and labor that will be orchestrated in the installation of the roof.The work wil begin about 4 weeks from the date of the inspection.

Crew unprofessional. Terrible communications - lots of misstep and huge lack of quality. No pride in their work and no consideration for customer service from the sales office to project management to clean up. Terrible tucking job and code violation issued on garage renovation job. Details would fill a book. Considering licensing and regulatory intervention.

I was scheduled for the morning of June 13. I took the day off from work and started waiting. When it was noon and nobody showed up or gave an heads up, sent a message through Angie's list, message returned saying I was all set for that day but a roofer called in sick and they will let me know soon enough. When it was late afternoon, I called and sent a message saying that I took the day off and want to make sure that I have someone over as agreed. Late, late, late in the afternoon, someone finally showed up. I showed the leak in the bathroom ceiling, I showed him the area of the roof from back yard where bathroom is (and where there is the soil stack). He informed me that it is most likely the flange needs replacement, and that he will write up a quote. I asked the deal was: $49 for inspection of your roof by a roofing specialist and a $100 repair credit . Minor roof repairs to issues that can cause water infiltration . Caulking exposed nail heads on flashing . Maintenance or resealing around any unsealed pipe collars, exhaust fans/vents and chimney flashing (up to four penetrations) . Photos taken of any additional areas in need of maintenance and a plan of action presented And that the only think it seems I am paying $49 is so I get a quote on a replacement. He reminded me that I would get $100 repair credit. He went back to his truck and wrote up a quote for $575 (less the $100 credit) for $475 that included: - replace soil stack flange - check & seal roof nail pops - seal flashings where needed - check all shingles and ridge vents complete - clean up, haul away - taxes included I signed and forwarded the proposal, I have not heard back in a few weeks. I found another company through Angie's list, I called them, they said they would come to check for $95, and will give me credit for it if I use them with their proposal. They came in when they said they would, I told that roofer same things I told the Tittle Brothers guy. The 2nd roofer Don who is apparently also the owner of his company said OK, then he went and got his ladder, climbed up, checked the soil stack, took pictures, came back down and showed me the pictures of the cracked flange. His replacement quote for the flange was $286!!! He said the flanged are good for 15 years or so, but if I wanted I can also buy the $76 cover pipe and I would be set. He also added $47 for recaulking an area where caulk was needed. When I accepted, they showed up the next day and got it done. Lesson learned again and again: Always, always, always cross-shop, get multiple quotes on ANY job. I called and canceled the TittleBrothers work order, they did cancel it without an issue.

Was on time, friendly, and explained everything in the estimate. Decided not to utilize Tittle due to being in the higher price range for the same service and materials (shingles, plywood, 1X6 replacement, etc) compared to their competitors. Price range for the work on my home was estimated from $7,500 to $10,000.

The roofing job went fantastic. They were in and out in less than three hours. They had a team of thirteen men here and they worked like clock work. As fast as they were tearing down the roof they had tarp and boards leaned against my doors and big windows, they had tarps all over, they were cleaning up as fast as they made a mess. There was nothing destroyed, none of of my foliage, none of my shrubs, nothing was destroyed, they took care of picking up all the nails, everything. Everything was neat as a pin when they left. It was all done from start to finish in less than three hours. I rate them very high on doing a roof. Excellent job on the roof.

Professional, on time, courteous and stopped the leak!
