Description of Work: They repaired my roof and downspout. The repair was completed in a professional manner, but it took them several days longer than promised to finish the job.

Description of Work: The did exactly what we had discussed which was putting a roof on my house. Once everything was settled with the contract everything went great. The only thing I had to ask them to do again was run the magnet over the yard and driveway to pick up more nails, which they did! I am not sure of the exact date but it was in May of 2014.

Description of Work: Showed up to evaluate and patch roof, but roof still leaking. Have not returned despite several promises to do so. Promised quote to replace roof but have never sent it.

Description of Work: Very pleased with the job. The shingles suggested by the inspector look very nice. The installation crew was on time, did a professional job, protected shrubbery and lawn, and did an excellent cleanup. The only very minor complaint is the rep said he would be back to inspect the work and a rep from GAF would also be out to inspect the work, to date I have not seen either. This is a minor complaint because of the professionalism of the installation crew. The price was high but I feel it was worth it.

Description of Work: Keith did a roof check-up and applied a seal to prevent any possble problems at no additional cost beyond the initial $49 Angie's List deal. No problems. I was happy with his work.

Description of Work: They checked my roof for area of a leak we were having. They patched the area and did some repairs to the roof, such as caulking and tacking down lifted shingles. They also checked my garage roof as well and did some minor repair. I am very happy with the work and the workers.

Description of Work: The quality of work was excellent. There was a lack of communication between Tittle's project manager and ourselves. Project manager that was assigned to our construction was never onsite to direct those working. We had to advise the workers what was supposed to be done per our contract. Once again we are quite pleased with the quality of the work..just not the customer service that we feel should have been provided to us by Tittle.
