Larry and his team of installers did a remarkable installation job in very tight, challenging spaces. They even worked on Saturday and Sunday to meet a deadline in advance of another contractor scheduled to start on Monday. Highly recommend their equipment and services.

Very good, honest, many options.

Called regarding lack of AC when weather got hot. Unfortunately, appt. was a week out due to many calls at the start of the season. Arrived promptly as scheduled and informed freon was low. Obviously there must have been a leak. Paid for service call and freon. Unfortunately had to call back as again without AC within a week of warm weather returning. This time after 4 hours, a leak was found. Was charged again for time by the hour and freon. Was quite surprised by the second bill as obviously the previous leak had not been found. Would have given solid A rating in all categories had the credit for first visit been done without my having to call and speak with manager to complain. Have used this company for 12 years and never before had anything but wonderful experience. Since they made good on what I saw as double billing, will use them again, with confidence restored in the business.

Called Flo-Aire on Saturday morning. We had arrived home from vacation on Friday and discovered that our basement had flooded (2 to 4 inches) and put out the pilot on our hot water heater. Even though the water was gone we weren't sure if we should try to relight the pilot ourselves. We called the gas company to determine if we should light the water heater our self. They advised that we needed to have the heater checked out before we do that. We then called Flo-Aire. Even though it was a Saturday they agreed to come right out. He called before he came and fixed our problem. We were very fortunate we did not lose our water heater like others did. We have called them before and they are always punctual, efficient, and professional

i just called to ask how much the service charge was and they charge way more than anybody else and i just decided to go with another company

Went very well. I believe his name was Cory. Nice and professional guy. Arrived on time... Very willing to answer all the questions that were being thrown at him. All around good experience.

Whenever we have our furnace inspected or anything in that category, we call Flo Air. They have been with us for years at all four of our houses we had. You always get your moneys worth with them.

It went very well. I thought the service was fast and reasonably priced. Everyone I met from the company was businesslike and courteous. A previous company misinformed me (and I thought they were great - shows you what ignorance can do). I had a cracked heat exchange that the first company didn't bother to investigate. Dangerous, could have caused a fire or killed me with carbon monoxide. Flo Air took the furnace apart and showed me what was wrong and what kept shutting my furnace off. The information was independently verified by a friend who was in the business.

Ken and Duane were on time and worked steadily even though the outside temperature was 95 degrees or above. They were polite, courteous, always knocking on the door to let me know what was happening or if they needed something. They cleaned up after themselves, and let me know if they needed to rearrange anything that was existing. They cut into some ceiling tiles, cut some of the plants outside, etc. Very professional people. They answered all of my questions and were very pleasant to deal with. The price was good since the government regulations now require a more efficient system. I was very pleased with their work.

THEY ARE A VERY HONEST COMPANY AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN EXTREMELY FAIR. THEY CHECK ON THE UNIT REGULARLY AND ARE ALWAYS ON TIME. THEIR PROFESSIONALISM IS OUTSTANDING.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I THOUGHT THAT IT WAS GOING TO TAKE A LONG TIME TO GET FIXED BUT, THEY CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY. THEY CAME AS EARLY AS THEY COULD. OUR AIR WAS WORKING THAT AFTERNOON.
