Description of Work: Set up appointment with this company to have porch step rails installed on front of house. Promised to be there that afternoon. We waited around all afternoon he never showed up. Tried texting him the next day, no response. No show.

+ -1 moreExcellent! I called this company on Sunday to change my porch light and pole light. He came out within 30 minutes. He went beyond the call of duty. He not only changed both light bulbs, but he took all the glass out and cleaned it on both lanterns. He paid attention to the littlest details, which is what I was most impressed with him. Did a wonderful job. I do recommend him for any service you might have.

+ -1 moreGreat! Thank You Mr. Collier for having the patience to correct another's half done work. Mr. Collier was punctual, polite and professional. Had all the equipment (i.e., nice big flat-bed trunk with cases of tools on the back; tape measure, saw/saw horses, nail gun, wheel barrel, etc.) Everything that one would think a "Handy Man should have to do a job right", Mr. Collier had. Also, Mr. Collier cleaned up the wood trimmings, "saw dust" and pieces of dry-wall, etc. nicely, from my garage.
Description of Work: Needed my Bi-Fold Door to open and close properly, to get to Sump Pump and Shelving, etc. Repair a Basement door frame and Bi-Fold Door that another "Handyman" did incorrectly. Had to remove the Bi-Fold Door from Door Track Removed Track and Bottom Spring mechanism Removed the wood trim pieces from the Door Frame Then proceeded to add the necessary "dry wall pieces to inside of the frame of door", Had to "Trim" 1/4 inch (or so) off - from each side of Bi-Fold Door - so it fit within the Door Frame Then, had to replace the Door Track with a "New Door Track and Bottom Spring" Then, rehung the Bi-fold Door Re-nailed the wood trim pieces of the Door Frame Now, I can open and close the Door to my Sump Pump and Shelving without any further issues.

+ 2 moreWell my test for how he did depends on how my wife likes the project after it is done and is happy with the work and the worker. The answer to all of that was yes & yes. Don is very professional and respectful. He does the work & is not done until everyone one is happy with the out come. He fees are reasonable and fair. We would hire him again and have told our friends about his work and gave him good reviews to them.
Description of Work: Put in kitchen counter, sink, cabinet, dishwasher & faucet. Added electric plugs in garage, hung security light on front of garage & painted house trim. Put in a landscaping wall around flower area and tree. Laid landscaping rocks and stones in area. Put up hand trail on front steps to porch.

+ -1 moreDon did a great job. He showed up promptly everyday, paid meticulous attention to detail and finished the job in record time. He had to remove wallpaper, skim coat the drywall, and then paint walls and ceilings throughout the house. He also was tremendous in helping me move items into my home - while Don was making the home improvements I was also actively moving into the home - he helped me lift and move and was incredibly helpful to me. He also hung new chandelier lighting, replaced fixtures and hung wall art. I would hire Don again for any job - he is knowledgable and has a great network of services. As noted above, he was punctual, responsive and professional.
Description of Work: Wallpaper removal; painting - rooms and ceilings throughout the home (master bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, family room & study); installed chandelier lighting, hung wall art, helped move furniture and boxes.

Description of Work: Don has done several jobs for us since we first called on him: Installed new kitchen faucet Laid a sidewalk from our deck to garage. Power washed and stained our deck. Description of Work: This company provided handyman service for me but he does all sorts of hoe remodeling. He cleared out my basement and garage. He also did some landscaping for me last year. He does everything. Professional and on time with a very fair price.
