Tri-Pups, Inc

We have used Tri-Pups for a variety of jobs around our home. Most recently they did a bathtub tear out and new shower installation. Chris and Debbie and the entire staff are super easy to work with and up front with what is involved and what to expect. They have also done recessed lighting, laminate floors, and repositioned kitchen cabinets. They even cut hole through our brick to install a new window where there was not one. The work is always top quality and they are the first call we make. Will definitely use again, and highly recommend.

Chris, Debbie and Ted were friendly and professional and the job was done well. They kept to the estimate they gave us. We were under a time constraint for prep for another job and they came through for us. The job was completed ahead of schedule and made it possible to visit our grandson for his birthday the following weekend. For us they, they underpromised and overdelivered. We enjoyed working with them and would definitely hire them again.

Chris Adamski and crew did a beautiful job remodeling front door entry. They are highly skilled and professional. All work completed same day. I was very lucky to find this company. One of my goals was to make the new expansion to look like the existing rooms, and Tri-Pups did a fantastic job. Particularly the finished plaster work matched the cover ceiling in the existing rooms! The final painting and trim was also excellent, again matching the rest of the house trim. Their painting was so great, I had them paint another room for me. They always paid attention to the details. Their prep work before painting was perfect, they repaired all the old picture book holes and wall cracks perfectly. Also they were very fastidious about keeping the work area clean, and their route into my home was always protected with drop cloths. They emailed me weekly schedules and always arrived on time, or contacted me if they were going to deviate from their schedule.

Over time we assemble a list of miscellaneous things we need done. When it's substantial enough we call Tri-Pups and they handle it all. They are meticulous about their scheduling. They're always here when they say they'll be or they contact us to let us know if their availability changes. They have the key to our house. I trust them completely.

We asked Tri-Pups to make it look like our side entrance was never there. We wanted the siding on the house to blend in, the new wood flooring that replaced the stairs to match the rest of the wood, the new baseboards to match, etc. And they did just that! When we tell people there used to be an entrance there, they have to see the pictures to believe it. It looks amazing! We were really impressed by the wood floors - you can't tell the new flooring from the old. We've used (and continue to use) Tri-Pups for all our home repair/maintenance/upgrade needs. We were initially referred to them by someone putting gutter guards on our home. They served with Tri-Pups on the local chamber of commerce. Tri-Pups first project for us was building a fence in our backyard. They did a great job, so we just kept hiring them. So far we've had them build a fence, install ceiling fans, re-grout a shower, install baby locks, fix a toilet, fix an outdoor electrical outlet, add a door lock to a sliding door, build custom baby gates.... They always show up on time, explain what they are doing, do the work and clean up. They always leave the space they are working in cleaner than what they found it. Everyone on the team is friendly, easy to talk to and we just feel comfortable with them. Since their team is so small, we know everyone on a first name basis. It's very comforting knowing you can come and go while they are working in the house and not feel at all worried. While their competitors may have lower prices, Tri-Pups will not sacrifice quality. Chris is very detailed (along with Debbie and everyone else) with his work. If he's putting his name on it, it will be done correctly. This is one of the many benefits of working with a small business - the owners are only as good as their reputation and Tri-Pups takes their reputation very seriously.

It is so rare to find a contractor who shows up when they say they will. Throughout the process, with rainy weather delaying the work, Tri-Pups kept in touch to let us know when they'd be working, even though it didn't really matter, since the work was all outdoors and they could do it any time they chose. Their masking and taping were meticulous. The results were exactly what I wanted.
