 + -1 moreBefore buying a new iMac, I shopped here to see if I wanted to buy a used one from them. They gave me good advice and I chose to buy a new iMac instead. Then I sold my old iMac to them for what I thought was a fair price. I might have got a little more by selling privately but it was very convenient to sell to the store instead. In summary, the store personnel were knowledgeable and honest and I got a fair deal.
