+ -1 moreWhat a positive experience. First, I called on a Saturday morning, and the service person showed up 3 hours later as promised. Second, Sean the technician was both knowledgeable and very courteous. He follwed Covid 19 protocols with mask and social distance. Diagnosed problem and fixed it with parts that he had. Dryer works great now and he was done within 90 minutes total. Will definitely use again and wholeheartedly recommend.

+ -1 moreExcellent. The man on the phone was very clear and polite. He was able to send someone the next day with me calling, I think, around noon. The repairman, Shawn, was able to come a little early. Got right to work (let my old lab greet him, so he would calm down). Obviously, knew just what he was doing. Diagnosed the problem with the fridge and dryer. Gave me the price of parts. Had the parts right there, and was done fairly quickly. Shawn was very polite and friendly. I was very happy!
Description of Work: My dryer was running but not with heat: needed new igniter. My refrigerator was running but not cooling: something to do with the defrost mechanism.

Description of Work: I had already done a lot of diagnosis on a refrigerator that kept freezing up and then getting warm. I had the service person out to walk through how they would have diagnosed the problem to see if I had missed anything. He was very helpful and didn't have an attitute about my having already worked on the appliance.

+ -1 moreI went on their website at 9:30-10 in the morning and requested a 12-3 time slot. I received a call confirming that time about 5-10 minutes later. A technician called me 15 minutes before he was arriving at my house. The pump was bad. I decided not to have the repair done since the washer was so old. I just paid the service fee. I really appreciate the same day great service!

+ -1 moreThe service was not performed as the company decided the work was not worth their trip. The service call was cancelled the morning they were supposed to come for the repair.
Description of Work: I contacted the company via Angie's list to set up a service call to check my refridgerator. After explaining my issue that there was a water leak and the filter was not funtioning even though a new filter was installed, all the food smells were not being "filtered" and all my food smelled like my produce. We set up a time for the service call for the next day. Next day the company called and said they don't perform the service and I should clean out the fridge..this was the rudest and most obnoxious response I have ever received..They simply didn't want to come out to perform the service..i would never reccommend such a rude company to anyone...

+ -1 moreWe scheduled our service appointment online; approximately 1 minute after submitting our request we got a phone call from the company to schedule a time. They were able to come out the next day. The technician who arrived was very polite and professional. He quickly determined the problem with the washing machine (the drain pipe was clogged and the machine was also off balance) and had it corrected within minutes. There was a $50 fee for just coming to the house but this was applied to the cost of the repair.

+ -1 moreWe had the same problem several times where the bottom freezer of the frig stayed cold but the top got warm. I called several companies but no one could come out until several days later so I went on line to Magtag repair and came across SAME DAY SERVICE REPAIR called them around 5:45 and Shawn came over around 6:00. Shawn was very nice and fixed our frig. We were very happy that we found them. I would use them again.

+ -1 moreMy refrigerator stopped cooling and freezing so I contacted Same Day Service Repair. It was late in the day on a Friday so I scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning. Shawn arrived on Saturday and quickly determined that the unit control assembly had failed. Unfortunately the part had to be ordered and would not be available until the following Tuesday. Shawn came back on Tuesday, installed the control assembly and the refrigerator came back to life. I was able to save all my food using a couple of coolers, ice and a relative's freezer.
