Description of Work: A car had crossed my lawn and smashed into the corner post of our chain link fence. I obtained Mr. Bland's name from Angies List and he came over that day and gave me an estimate and a date to do the job. I accepted the offer and he emailed a contract. He arrived on the date he had promised and finished the cement work. He then completed the work few days later. He cleaned up the work area before leaving. Though the original fence builder had used an unusual amount of cement for this corner post,making the repair more difficult than expected, Mr. Bland held to his original estimate. It was very pleasant working with Mr. Bland.
