+ 0 moreGreat, Jason, the owner and CEO is a perfectionist and a truest, who wants everything done perfectly correct and longest lasting with the most value.
Description of Work: I have had various and many jobs done for me at our home. Everything from things like remodeling an entire wing of our home to revising our living space, closet space, and office space, annual furnace and air conditioning inspection check-ups with filter and humidifier pads replacement, redoing front porch brick, swapping out regular light bulbs to LED long lasting brighter types for many rooms, to even removing a squirrel from my living room one February cold day! NOTE: I will state a value for Replacing 2 large hot water tanks below.

+ -1 moreJason and his crew at LPProperties, were always professional and courteous. Jason is creative and full of good ideas, but never pushy. He is great at making the homeowner feel comfortable and explaining very step along the way. He even helped me with every decision down to picking paint colors. overall we had a good working relationship and a good experience.
Description of Work: I am a chicken enthusiast. I hired LPproperties to build me a chicken coop. Jason not one designed and built a beautiful home for my pets, but he improved the look of my yard and landscape. Jason and his crew of skilled carpenters and landscapers built an indoor and out door space for my chickens. This project included taking down and rebuilding my kids old playlet and reinstalling it in my neighbors yard. Jason was professional and accommodating throughout the project. so much so, that I have hired him to perform other work for me inside my home as well.

+ -1 moreLP showed up on time, hired professional workers, used quality materials, performed necessary changes during the construction process and overall gave me better results than I envisioned.
Description of Work: This is the third time that LP has performed work at my home. The first time they completely took my kitchen down to the studs and provided me a new much larger kitchen that encompassed a dining room. I then had LP renovate two bathrooms. The second bathroom renovation was part of an insurance claim and the job did not cost me anything out of pocket.
