We are writing this letter to complain and voice our disappointment and dissatisfaction with a person that Home advisor referred to us. Allen D. Hurd We hired Allen Hurd to Power wash, stain and seal our deck. Also, to power wash exterior, this was completed. There was not enough coats of stain on the deck, there was streaks and spots that needed more stain, we were not satisfied. Clearly, the deck needed another stain application. Mr. Hurd said that he would write another proposal and charge us more money. What happened to customer s satisfaction? No, we definitely would not recommend Allen D. Hurd.
