Guardian Alarm of Michigan

I use them everyday for monitoring. I like the service because it works properly and if anything happens they are right out to fix it.

I thought that they were pretty much the same as the others. I didn't really go and check out a lot of people, but I have been satisfied with the service. I haven't had any emergencies. One thing that I do like is that I can actually talk to them through the box on the wall, instead of through the telephone. Once or twice I set off the alarm accidentally. They were right there and instead of calling on the phone, they talked to me through the panel.

We have used Guardian Alarm for many years. They give you service right away and if you call them they will come the next day. The customer service is good and they are very helpful.

I have been with them for 30 years and have commercial and residential property with them. Their service is excellent and their rates are reasonable. I pay $114 quarterly for the residential property which includes all maintenance and for them to come out and check that property in the event they can't get hold of me. My commercial property is a little more expensive. It is a Michigan company and they have been in business for years; they do alarms, cash pick up systems and guard service.

The conversion went well. The salesman was very professional. Part of what they said ( two inside doors) did not actually get included in the service, but it has worked out OK. We kind of like it better without those two doors. We have only had one accidental actuation of a panic alarm. The police were here within ten minutes.

They were fantastic. They came on time and were very cooperative when scheduling the appointment. They explained very well the process and mechanics of the system. They reviewed the entire procedure with me. I was very pleased. Their prices are more affordable than other systems I have used.

They were in the house when we bought the house, so we just continued. I continue to use them because it's here.

The value was exceptional. All work was completed within 48 hours of contract signing. The system is working fine.

I had checked out a few different companies, and they were the most reasonable as far as what they offered. Their price was a big thing and also how they went about monitoring and how accessible were they if there is a problem. Their price has only gone up one time by $2 since I started. I started using them actually because my house had been broken into previously which looked like a barn after the animals leave.

They're very professional. They've done fine with the monitoring. Their customer service is very good when you get them on the phone. If the alarm goes off they call quickly. They seem very consciousness. My overall experience with them has been excellent. Their prices are a little on the high side. The quality of their service is good. I've had no problems with them.

We're very satisfied with their service. We've been using them at least 10 years. We're very happy with our contract rate and we also pay a fee, so, we don't have to pay for a service call. It's a Michigan Company and they're located here. They're very responsive to our needs.

I have been using their service for 3-4 years. We had paid about $1000 for the security system. The pricing is very good for the service I get. They have always been very responsive to us. They have always been really helpful in getting any problems that we had resolved quickly. I have always been very happy with them.

They are friendly and helpful but they don't listen to well. Somehow, we would have false alarm go off and they would call the police to come out and then they would call us to see if we wanted them to send the police out. They sent the police out too many times. The true alarm had to go off and then they didn't do that first time around and we almost got fined by the city because they weren't paying attention to our directions, so we straightened it out. We are still using them. They just do the security alarm, doors, and motion sensor. I like the way their service works and their alarm. People are very friendly. They could improve listening to the customer about how the alarm needed to work; like their calling the police. They usually come out when they say they would. I would choose Wyandotte if I had to for alarm service.

I give them all As. They are good. I plan to use them again.

I would give them an A overall. I would use them in the future.

Whenever I call them for the testing, they always do something a little bit extra. The previous company I had, they used to tell that the test is clear. Whenever I call Guardian, they ask me how they can help me and always offer assistance stating that they are available 24/7. Once, someone tried to get in through my window, so the alarm system was really helpful. Another time, I was talking over the phone when the alarm started beeping and went off. I couldn't hear it because I was talking over the phone. Next thing, I remembered that was my main door was not locked. I couldn't get out of my bedroom because I was so scared. I was talking to them over the phone and I couldn't even talk to them because I was afraid to see who was outside. She said that they were able to locate me that I was in the bedroom using the advance system as they had put in a central alarm system, which can detect where I am in the house. They were so wonderful. They can monitor if I fall or something. They can monitor and tell me to have my medication, if in case I miss it. They have security system where they can see what's inside the house. They have an air link system where they can contact when the phones are down. They are responsive and good.

He knew what he was doing. If I need service again from Guardian I will ask for Chris. It was a pleasure having him do the job. Guardian alarm is a great company to do business with. I was using a differnt company that was mediocre and the service wasn't good. I will always stay with Guardian Alarm because their service is so great. I would recommend Chris and Guardian alarm for the super service award. I've had them out about 3 times and they've always been fantastic.

A technician came out to the house to install (plug in the alarm box) and instruct my mother on its use. She has had the service for 2 years. Their service has been wonderful. They call her if she accidentally unplugs the alarm, they are professional and friendly when she accidently pushes the button. A real human always answers the call with a warm and friendly voice. This has given my mother great confidence in being alone, and reassures her that if she falls help will come. The service is about $30/ month

The tech showed up on time and called before he arrived. The work was performed quickly and efficiently. We've had this system for over 15 years and have had no problems with it at all. This was a minor battery replacement. Guardian's customer service and alarm monitoring are GREAT. I would recommend them highly, if you are looking for a really good monitored alarm system. They extra safety and security are well worth the price.

it took almost 2 months, but it's finally up and running successfully. there were problems along the way involving the system not communicating with the call center, a keypad shorting out, and major problems with the totalconnect remote access package. After the first few weeks (with 4-5 tech visits), I escalated the issue to a manager and was assigned a dedicated senior tech to resolve the issues. He and his boss spent several hours working on the system over the next few weeks, on the phone with the panel manufacturer and the remote access provider trying to get things straightened. through their perseverence alone, the problems were finally resolved and we have a system we're happy with. in short, the journey sucked, but the destination is good.

It went well until our incident. I don't trust the people manning the phones after the project has been completed. Beware of this company.

I am about forty five percent satisfied with Guardian to be quite frank. There is a lot of miscommunication that goes on with this company. The system I got is fine and works just beautifully. I would not use them again though because they really need to work on their communication levels and explanations. I was vocal about my feelings and spoke with managers a few different times. The managers themselves were polite and cordial but by that point the damage was already done. I was already fairly disappointed with their lack of communication. If I had not been rushed to get this system up and working in the building I bought; I would not have used them. Since I was under pressure to get a system in and working though; I did not have time to really compare rates and research a lot of different companies. If I had to do it all over again, I would do more personal research and see what else was out there.

When we had an addition put in on our home, they integrated this into the system without a problem whatsoever. They are always very professional when we speak to them on the phone.

Excellent. The sales person that came out to the house was very knowledge and helpful, with no high pressure. The installation was done at a time that was Convenient for me and was done quickly and very neatly. Instructions on system operation were clear and easy to understand.
