 + -1 moreIT TOOK THEM A WEEK TO COME OUT TO LOOK AT IT, AND THEN THREE WEEKS TO FIX IT. WE ALSO HAD TO WAIT FOR THE PART TO COME IN WHICH TOOK ANOTHER WEEK. BY THE TIME THEY GOT IT DONE, I HAD NO STOVE FOR FOUR WEEKS.
Description of Work: WE PURCHASED A STOVE AND A WARRANTY. THEY HAD TO REPLACE THE COIL WIRE BECAUSE IT BURNED OUT.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE A LITTLE BIT CONFUSED ON THE INFORMATION AS FAR AS GETTING THE REPLACEMENT PART. I TRIED CALLING, BUT GOT AN AUTOMATED SERVICE. I ENDED UP TAKING IT IN TO GET THE PART. THEY DID AN OKAY JOB. I AM NOT SURE IF I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
