Josh and Dinverno Remodeling & Construction were fast and efficient in getting me information and helpful in answering me and my wife’s questions. Would definitely recommend!

Dinverno sent a pair of gentlemen out to my house promptly to give a quote and they briefly discussed options with me and asked if I had had other quotes. I said yes but that I would prefer to keep that information to myself to collect quotes and see which would be the best fit. They quoted me $1200 on the job to which I wanted clarification that the advertised discount of 20% would be applied. To which they both agreed that it would and that the total cost would be $960. Less than a week later I called them back to schedule a time to have the gutters replaced and two new gentlemen came over and changed the offer to $1200. I explained that the offer was $960 but they would not honor the offer and they said that the quote on the paper already included the discount which is dubious considering they were not there for the first offer and furthermore did not explain why the offer of $1500 was not written with the discount applied to make it $1200. Again, the original gentlemen who provided a quote said $1200 with a Angie's List Discount of 20% making it $960. Funny enough the first folks told me that they actually contract the gutter work they do out to Allied Gutter anyways so I would be very careful about contracting work with these folks.

Pending...down payment made. Work to begin shortly.

Frank, Jay, and their team were amazing. Not only did they beat other contractors' estimates; they also had the job completed weeks before other local companies would have even started. Frank was supportive with design and financing decisions and responsive whenever we had a question or a scheduling concern. Our house looks 100% better now thanks to Dinverno Remodeling & Construction!

After some discussion decided not to go forward with the roof repair.

Jay was very professional. He knew the history of the area. He was prompt and provided timely updates throughout the entire engagement. There were 3 layers of material on this home. The roofers tore it down to the studs and replace all of the boards with new material. The tear off and reapply took a 1.5 days. They were prompt and efficient. The workmanship was outstanding. I don't make recommendations often. I highly recommend Dinverno!

i like to give the benefit of doubt, i called about 10 to 15 different constructions companies to get rough estimate for the job. this company by far is rip off company or not aware of competition prices, or they dont know what they talking about. simply they asked for $300 per sqft for 2nd story addition, thats 100% over the highest prices out there.

We found out about Dinverno Remodeling on Angies List and I am so glad we did! We needed the main beam in our basement replaced, which is a big job and can get super expensive. Diverno's price beat 3 other companies, saving us literally $6,000! They were professional, prompt and super hard working. They got the entire job done in one Sunday. We lost power from a storm the night before and I was worried we would have to cancel. The power came back on before they got there, but just in case it didnt, they had brought generators with them! Nothing was going to stop them from getting our job done and it was much appreciated. I was truly impressed with the professionalism of their Project Manager Jeremy. We will be calling them again for all of our future construction and remodeling needs!

Dinverno construction is a company with the highest level of integrity. Josh and his company stands behind his work and does excellent work. Dinverno's work was Completed on time and within budget. Dinverno went above and beyond to make sure the works was at the highest quality and within his estimate. No change orders, just work delivered on time and with the best craftsmanship. I will definitely be calling Dinverno remodeling and construction again.

The installation was fine. My issues didn't start until it was time for me to start making payments. I sent in a check to them and a whole month later it still hasn't been cashed. I called and spoke with Joshua on 9/1/17 and inquired as to why my check still hasn't been cashed. He then proceeded to say that they've only received one check from me and i stated not true that all checks I've sent in have been cashed except for the on that was for the 15th of August

Excellent overall! Josh (owner) personally showed up the day I called and provided initial estimate. We quickly agreed on increased scope of work and adjusted quote. I was traveling and he made it all very convenient for me. After waiting 2 weeks to have 3 contractors no-quote the job and 2 more provide Sales pitches and 2x higher quotes we confidently selected Dinverno. He came through. Despite major hiccups in the scope of real work required on our 1925 house, the price never changed and the job was done within 6 weeks (despite major storms putting roofers in extremely high demand). He made sure permit was pulled quickly and met timing requirements my home owners insurance company was pushing. The crew stayed til dusk 2 nights and did an excellent coordinated job. The also installed a new bath exhaust and skylight without any hassle. We couldn't be more pleased and already referred two other customers for various work.

It went great. Josh was very clear in his descriptions. He went out of his way to make things run smoothly. The guys removed the old roof and put a new one on in one day. The cleaned up very thoroughly after themselves.

Great!! If you want something done right, do not go for the cheapest bid. Josh will deliver and will do it right, the first time. He is young and eager, he will be around for a long time with his ambition and professionalism.

The project went very smoothly. We had a slight delay with weather but Dinverno was able to adjust and get the crew to complete the work quickly and efficiently. We had no leaks or damage during the project and the crew cleaned up everything and made it look like they were never there. Would definitely use Dinverno again to have this type of work performed!

My roof looks great! Thank you Josh! His team really paid attention to detail and were very great to work with. Every day before they left they cleaned up nicely as if they were never there. Will definitely use them again on my other projects.

Mr. Dinverno was very professional and two days after I signed the contract his team came in and had my roof stripped and shingled by the time I got home from work... and it looks very nice. Not sloppy at all. And it has held up to many more storms since it was replaced.

Josh came out and gave me a quote and he was on time and very personable. Josh was very detailed on what needed to be done and what should be done. The price that he quoted me was better than three other companies I got quotes from. He had a great crew that came out on time and on the date that he said. Everyone was great to work with and would use him for any of my other projects. I would highly recommend!
