Jacob was on time and explained everything in detail what he was going to do to solve our wiring problems. He never took a break for 4 hours ...until the job was done . He went out of his way to take care of another problem. I was impressed at how polite he was . We will call again

Project: Check /Fix Electrical Switch for porch and garage light. Lenny responded in a timely fashion. She suggested that I needed to update the wiring to the outdoor outlets. He left the old bulbs on my porch instead of giving them directly to me. I asked for a receipt and never received one. I provided my email and confirmed it on his phone. I called him to follow up, and he said he would send it but never did. I would like a receipt for the work. I would consider using or referring I just did not understand leaving the bulbs on my porch and not providing a receipt for payment of the work.

Lenny was quick to respond, gave fair and reasonable pricing, and was very helpful on the phone taking the time to discuss my various electrical projects. The projects included installing a light fixture, a ceiling fan, and figuring out how to wall mount a TV in a tricky location. The guys he sent out were professional, great to work with, and went above and beyond to ensure everything I talked through with Lenny was completed and with quality. I highly recommend Designer Electric!

Project: Replacing lighting fixtures outside of garage after fixing the switches which didn't work Lenny gave me a call and reply clearly to my questions and requests. One of his member showed up and finished the jobs quickly and for fair price.

I was very happy with project

I had a circuit that had a short and couldn't reset the circuit breaker. Another electrician had spent three hours trying to fix it and gave up. The next day I contacted Designer Electric. They came within hours, identified the problem, did some rewiring, and fixed it within a few hours. It wasn't a simple repair but they figured it out.
