Lenny was very responsive and scheduled my service very quickly. Jacob did an amazing job on installing new sconces and a new pendant. He also installed a couple new outlets. He worked very hard and finished everything within the same day which is incredible considering how much work was involved. Very professional and everything done with care and attention. I am very pleased with the service from Designer Electric and would definitely hire them again.

extremely timely - with callbacks and communication. I called several electricians, and some came over, but none called back after that. Designer Electric came over, quoted the price, and started that very day..... I repeat - that very day. Needed to order a few parts, and he also came back to troubleshoot a dining room electrical problem. Everything now works as intended. Lenny, Jacob, and Moe are good guys to work with. They know their business and answered all my questions and concerns. Designer is now in my home improvement corral. Sweet.

The electrician (Mo) was very friendly and efficient.

In setting up appointments, I noted that I was ready to begin work within the week. While Lenny is a nice man, it seemed that he was not prepared to begin work that week. He looked at the several things I wanted done: a new breaker box for my AC units, installation of an interior and exterior outlet, replacement/update of interior lights, and told him about an outlet that blew which I wanted to be repaired. He sent me a quote by text the next day for only the breaker box. After requesting an itemized quote for the work I wanted to be done, he replied two days later. That in addition to telling me where I could get replacements for the can and track lights and sending a text of what he was referring to, made me believe that he did not want to do the job. I have since moved on to another electrician, although I wish Lenny well.

We hired Designer Electric to install several lights for us. They were exceptionally responsive, and Lennie sent someone out to complete the work the same day. The work was exemplary, but we had a problem with one specific style of light fixture. Each time I contacted Lennie, he responded to me right away. He sent someone out to resolve the issue, which we appreciated because we were hosting a major event, so we needed the work completed within a few days. We couldnâ t be happier with Designer Electric, and we will absolutely be using them for work in the future. We highly recommend them!
