They called to confirm the night before and they gave me a window time of 9am-10am for arrival. They arrived at 9:15 and got right to work. Durrell & Rob were very friendly and did an awesome job. I’ve recommended them to family and friends before and would do it again.

This company was 3 hours late, articles of furniture were damaged during the move because furniture was moved without being properly covered as promised in advance, and this company became non-responsive to all efforts at resolution.

Description of Work: Needed to move my major pieces of furniture from my daughter's house to my house (less than mile away). Contacted several movers from Angie's List. Demario Brothers replied promptly, explained their pricing and gave me a good quote. They quoted a straight hourly rate, 2 hour minimum, no hidden fees or "extra" charges no fuel charges. I scheduled move for 9 am Saturday morning. As promised, they called the evening before to confirm move and time. Half an hour before due to arrive on Saturday, they called and said they had a "problem" and needed to move my time to closer to noon-1. I agreed but was concerned as I had others assisting me that for sure they would be there no later than noon-1. They seemed very sorry for the delay and were most appreciative for my willingness to be a little flexible. They promised to be there at the rescheduled time. Again a half hour before the re-scheduled time, they called again with a delay, gave me a new time then again delayed. They did not arrive to begin the move until 5:30 pm. Rescheduling the move to another day or another mover was not an option for me. My friends/helpers had gone home as we were over 8 hours behind schedule. Demarios arrived with rental truck, two guys, and a few furniture pads and someone elses things already on the truck. The men were polite, got right to work. They were able to load and unload within the two hours. They were not able to put anything down on floors to protect them from snow/wet and they left bumps, dings and hand prints on door jams. Though apologetic they offered no explanation for extreme delay and no discount for my inconvenience. I was glad it was over.
