+ -1 moreJeff was an excellent buyers agent. He was very responsive and on top of our purchasing process from beginning to end. His former experience as an underwriter gave him unparalleled knowledge about the lending process. I am certain we would not be in our home, had Jeff Milsud not been our agent. He also had relationships with other industry professionals. He encourages that you pick your own team but if you have a bad lender or insurance guy, Jeff knows other industry professionals who can step in and get the job done. We had a horrific experience with the seller but Jeff's expertise made it so that we could have the price and conditions we wanted for the home.
