American Standard Roofing

I have to say first that I had these guys put a new roof on my house last Feb and they did an awesome job came back 2 or 3 times to clean up the mess to make sure we were happy but I don't know what the heck happened between then and now cause I called them two weeks ago 10/19/18 to come give me a price so Matt comes out and all he does is give me a price on gutters so I call them back and tell them I want a price on the wood also so about an hour later matt calls me to tell me he is on his way back out and here we are two weeks later and no call and no Matt.

Everything was perfect they showed up when they we're supposed to.Ever workers we polite and they did a excellent job ...they treated our home as it was there very own house... Clean up was excellent.

We appreciated the roof inspection and color advise given when choosing the color of the new shingles.

Everything with american standard roofing went great. Their pricing was right in line (or less) than the other 3 quotes I received. The guy giving the estimate did not have a hard sales pitch or some stupid slide show on a tablet. They simply quoted the job and let me make a decision with out any pressure. When it came to install day they came with a massive crew and had all of the work completed within the same day. I had a lot of decking boards that were rotted and needed to be replaced as well. The new roof looks great and it does not leak.

job was done in a timely professional manner..we have 5500 sq ft home (so was a big job) we couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the work when they completed the job and cleaned up it was as though they had never been here would hire again and recommend to anyone in need of roofing

Very well. Poor weather lead to a delay, but they stuck it out into the night to finish. Most impressed.

Update I think it was the office manager that called and came out herself and did an awesome job of cleaning up the flowerbeds and yard haven't seen any trace of nails.

Of three estimates American Standard was head and shoulders above the other two companies. Their offer was straight forward, simple, and concise. The only hitch was the agreed upon start date and that was because of constant rain. This company is so dedicated to detail that they wrote on the contract we didn't want ladders placed against our new gutters because leaf guards had been installed inside them. Cleanup was flawless with no roofing nails left behind. Their employees are well spoken and polite.

6 months after job we couldn't be happier. Snow, rain and high wind have had no effect on their work. The people in the office were polite and efficent, the rep that came to our house was well spoken and got right down to business. The final deal was easy and smooth as silk.

American Standard Roofing should be in an elite category of "consummate professionals"! After 8 previous roofers and their estimates, I was getting quite discouraged, and then I had an estimate from American Standard. No high pressure sales, just their best price up front. The communications with the office were always timely and informative! Rather than trying to select a roofing color from small samples, I was asked to provide them with 3-4 of my choices. Marie then gave me addresses of the roof colors (3 addresses for each) that were in my area. She advised to view them at different times of day and let her know of my decision. The color I would have been leaning towards from a small sample turned out to NOT be the right one for my house. Very nice seeing the actual product on an entire roof! Their price was $800.00 less for the GAF Timberline HD Shingles, and it also included little "extras" like a drip edge, which the other estimates did not. The arrived on time, actually early and were done within 5 hours. During the replacement process, the crew worked very efficiently, boarding windows for protection, covering plants and shrubs to protect them. Patio furniture was moved and put back in place at the end of the job. The clean up was impeccable! I walk the dog a lot and most often when I see roofers, there is loud music blaring and less than desirable language being used. NOT the case with American Standard! No loud music, no offensive language by the crew. The crew also cleaned and re-positioned the gutters, cleaned and replaced the gutter guard, saving me once again, time and money! My new roof looks awesome and I couldn't be happier! They are clearly a company of top notch professionals! You will not be disappointed should you choose to hire American Standard for your roofing project! I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend American Standard Roofing!

Mike Rottner called as promised and arrived a few minutes early. He addressed all of my concerns and determined that the roof was actually in pretty good shape still. He suggested a course of action on some of my concerns and that we still have several years of life left on the current roof. I really appreciate his honest, professional opinion and that his company has such a high level of integrity.

We talked to 5 roofing companies. Then we tried Angie's list and picked American. The owner came out himself and was very friendly an professional. He gave us an unbelievable price of $11,000 with a lifetime labor warranty and 25 years for the roof. We were in shock at the price! The other 5 companies said $16-17,000. The job was done in 1 day and cleaned up. Looked great and would highly recommend them!

They did a nice job. The staff is excellent. Marianne was the best. She was very polite, patient and helpful. I called her several times and she took care of everything right away.

Frankly I was skeptical when the new shinges were delivered this last Monday - the weather forecast for Monday thru Thursday was for 70% or greater chance of thunderstorms each day! New shingles were unloaded in the rain Monday morning. Jason and his roofing crew (10 total, 7 normal sized crew + 3 additional people) arrived the following morning at 7:30am and completed new roof install by 8:30pm Tuesday evening. Their work was very professional and very thorough. I was very impressed with their high quality hard work and am very happy that installation was able to be done between thunderstorms sweeping our area this week (Note: Following roof completion on Tuesday, we had early Wednesday morning am rain on our new roof.). Additionally we had +8" of R19 insulation blown into our attic Wednesday to fill in low areas that had settled over the years. Overall American Standard Roofing provided the best value for the money and they were very responsive to my many questions concerning roofing warranty (their 30 yr non pro rated L&M warranty was the best installer warranty that I came across), ability to work around previously installed Leaf Filter gutter guard, and pricing for upgraded shingles with enhanced flexibility (i.e, SBS rubber) and improved algae resistance. I highly recommend ASR as a roofing installer.
