Description of Work: I am in my 70s. I've contracted good people, and I've contracted bad people. Of all of my experiences, American Standard Roofing is at the top! My home is 44 yrs. old. In 1989, I had it shingled over. Last year, I had a few estimates, including a big box store. Salesman, Mike Rottner, beat the others by $800. The workers came on time, tore off the old, replaced the new shingles in one day, picking up everything....even the nails. We D/N like the caulking on the bay window. A foreman came the next day, to RE-DO the whole bay window, shingles and caulking. The owner, Arnie, would not take a dime until ALL work was done to MY satisfaction. When I needed insulation this year, that contractor noticed that the roofing workers forgot to saw BOTH peaks at the top. I called ASR, the girls at the office were extremely kind, and immediately set up an inspection to remedy the situation. Within days, they corrected it. Thank you to each and every employee, and to the owner, for a most pleasant experience.

Description of Work: Horrible customer service, horrible communication, zero follow-through. Our roof and siding project was started in November 2015 and is still not complete. Have had multiple crews out working on the house, all with horrible results, no attention to detail, and "eh, who cares" type attitude. Would definitely not recommend anyone to use this company.

Description of Work: I contacted American Standard Roofing in December 2015 to come inspect and give me estimate for new gutters/ down spouts and aluminum siding surrounding roof. Estimate was giving and j signed contract to begin work. We had a very wet and cold winter so I can understand why work had not begun. I called and they said they would begin in the spring. It is now June 27, 2016 (6 mths) and haven't heard a thing. I want to call another company, but signed contract for work to be done by American Standard. I've called twice and get, "we haven't forgotten about you." I don't feel I should have to keep calling. I just want the courtesy of a call of when you will begin or that you will be unable to do the job and release me from contract.

Description of Work: Total roof replacement. | They had to reschedule the first time due to the weather but were very professional and contacted us right away letting us know they were not going to be able to do the roof as scheduled. Rescheduled for following week everything was great!

Description of Work: Complete roof inspection, repair of shingles damaged by a racoon, caulking around chimney and vents. We called regarding damage from a racoon the night before, rain was on the way, and American Standard came over the same day to fix the problem and give us a "Roof Tune-Up". We were very impressed with the professionalism and helpfulness of American Standard Roofing.

Description of Work: Removed old shingles and put on new shingles and ice shield and Cleaned up. They were quick and did a good job. Only took 2 and half days. Big roof.
