Description of Work: I called this company and left a message telling them I wanted an estimate. The called two days later and I set up the appointment - they did not show so I called back and no one answered so I left another message. Three days later they called but I did not call them back....too bad too - there business is right down the street from me and I thought I could keep my business in the neighborhood. Guess they didn't need my business.

 + -1 more1. Robert reviewed my contract with him prior to the job 2. When the work started, I clarified some of the work I wanted done. Robert did not wimp out like other company owners and say and quot;its not in the contractand quot;. He just did the work the way I wanted. 3. He improved on some of the original work I asked for. 4. New Methods exceeded by expectations for responsiveness. 5. I inspected the work and it exceeded expectations.
Description of Work: April 30, 2014 I just got a new roof from Robert and the gang at New Methods Roofing. I researched a bunch of roofers in Wayne and Washtenaw county and am glad I picked these guys. 1. Robert (owner) provided options for longevity, quality, cost during the consultation. 2. His pricing was competitive and quality of materials were higher than other companies. 3. Even with sketchy weather, his team was in and out in 2 1/2 days. They doubled my venting, repaired wood, fixed a building defect in my roofline, and left a clean yard when done. 4. New Method's crew is courteous and helpful. And they worked their backsides off while on the job.
