It went very well. Dana did an excellent job! He explained everything and took time to educate us on the care of the tub. He was very helpful and informative. He explained process to me over phone, arrived when promised, did a good job, cleaned up thoroughly. This kind of re-surfacing isn't as durable as the original surface but is FAR cheaper than replacing the tub. It looks great and is holding up fine. He explained that we need to be gentle in cleaning it and not use abrasive cleaners.

Dana came out within a week of me first calling to re-glaze the bathtub. His work looks great and he cleaned up after himself. No complaints. I definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a bathtub reglaze.

Dana was efficient and polite and very committed to doing what I needed. He came to Toledo to strip and re-glaze my tub. Once he evaluated the tub he gave me the option of just doing the bottom at less than half the estimate because the rest was in perfect condition. He said if I wasn't happy with it he would come back and do the entire tub with what I already paid going toward the orginal price quoted. It looks great and I am very satisfied with the results and the cost. The finish he put on the bottom has a little texture to it so it is more slip resistant yet matches the sides. I am so glad to have it fixed and don't know why I waited so long. I just didn't know where to start but the reviews on Angie's list really helped me choose.

We located this company through Angies List and based upon the recommendations contracted with Dana Michael for bathtub reglazing. Dana is very polite and takes pride in his work. We are very happy with the results and would recommend Dana.

He quoted a price over the phone for stripping and not stripping the tub. When he arrived he gave me the lower price because he said the tub did not need to be stripped. I appreciated his honesty because I had no idea of course whether it needed stripping. Everyone kept telling that I had to replace my 7500.00 of work I had done on my bathroom. It was hard to hear. Dana did he research and found another technique that saved my a lot of money.

This guy was great. Had trouble scheduling some other companies but he was able to come on Sat. The old claw foot tub now looks great. He gave me the Angies list discount off the 200 bucks. Some other companies seemed to not want to come to downtown Detroit which irritated me greatly.

Arrived on time, process was explained and everything went as planned. My dull tub and tile now look brand new.

I would use them again and I have used them twice.
