Do All Glaze and Remodel LLC

Dana did an excellent job creating the new railings we needed. He was a great listener as always, and focused on what was important to us. One of the railings was a non-standard length, and he performed research to find what was needed. He also made a series of visits to our home to apply multiple coats of stain and three coats of finish to the railings, always being flexible on timing to adjust to our schedules and constraints. Once installed, the railings looked so good that it was as if they came with our house. We really appreciate Dana's work, and would definitely call on him again.

Dana is the best! I can't recommend him highly enough. From the first phone call; to the visit to repair the hole in the bathtub wall; and finally the second visit to do the reglaze -- Dana was the most professional, courteous, and meticulous that I could imagine. He explained the process from beginning to end; answered lots of questions; even suggested alternative contractors if he couldn't do what I was looking for. Dana created a plastic tent around the tub to reduce dust; meticulously taped all the edges; cleaned up all the dust when he left; even took off his shoes in the house. You won't be disappointed!

Working with Dana was an absolute pleasure, and I couldn't be happier with the result. First off, he was great throughout the quoting process. We had talked at a high level prior to him coming out, and he remembered all the details from our conversation. Once he was out and we were talking about what I wanted to do, he actually made suggestions that saved me time and money on both materials and labor (which comes from his pocket). All in I decided to have him install a floating vinyl floor, glaze all the wall tile and bath tub, and he also removed my old vanity and toilet and installed the new ones. The last part I was going to do myself, but his price was so reasonable I had him save me the time and effort and do it for me. Additionally there were things that he did for me free of charge. This included the tile and grout repair that was needed an he sealed an old laundry chute for me. He also removed a ceramic toothbrush holder and soap dish that had been tiled to the wall, and replaced it with plain ceramic tiles free of charge. You can't even tell they used to be there. As far as doing the actual work, Dana and his coworker (his brother) couldn't have been kinder. There is always a little bit of anxiety having a contractor work in your home, but he was very pleasant. He kept the mess to a minimum, always cleaned up after himself, wiped his feet every time he came inside, the works. Also, throughout the whole process he was great about keeping me informed about what he had done, what he was about to do, how it was going, and updating his timeline. He even finished a day ahead of when I expected him to. The most important thing that stuck out to me is that we are a single bathroom home and he made sure we never had to go a day without the use of the toilet. The only time we didn't have one was when he removed it to install the floor and the new toilet. He also stayed a little later one day, running the risk of being late to an appointment he had informed us about, to make sure he got the toilet installed for us so we had one that night. The short of it all is that if you are in need of someone to do work around your home, I would recommend him 100% with no hesitation. I have actually given his card to 2 of my friends already. (for the photos provided the last 3 have a hue to them because of the camera. the bathroom tile is bright white as shown in the other photos)

Dana FAR exceeded my expectations. He offered to be a one-stop shop for not only replacing my bathroom floor tiles but also replace my toilet, so I did not have to rely on two different contractors! He was very knowledgeable and even suggested a much cheaper expense of using vinyl flooring instead of ceramic tile. Well, that was all a moot point anyway because it turns out that the floor that my tenant and I liked did not need to be replaced after all: the new toilet would cover any floor openings left behind by the old toilet! Dana was friendly, punctual, and very accommodating both on the phone and in person. What made this experience not just good but spectacular was the fact that Dana went the extra mile to actually shop with me for the correct toilet size. (The one I bought was too big to allow the tenant to fully close the bathroom door.) He even helped me pick out a few swatches of paint to take back to my tenant for helping select a matching color to paint over imperfections left behind after the job was done. Unfortunately, after the initial install of the new toilet, the shut-off valve sprang a leak and that too had to be replaced. But no problem. Dana went to the store on his own that very evening to buy additional supplies to get that fixed immediately so that my tenant would not have to sleep overnight with a leaky valve. I will definitely hire Dana again for other jobs inside the home. You should too!

Wow. Dana is a powerhouse. He took my call and was at my home in a couple of hours. He did the work the same night and even went out and bought grout which matched the custom color grout I have. He did all the work that evening, too. I was amazed. He's a very knowledgeable guy and a complete gentleman taking the time to explain everything. I couldn't ask for more.

The project went very well. Mr. Dana Michael and Brian are very professional and provide exceptional service. Mr. Dana and Brian are very respectful, courteous, kind and we feel they both went well above and beyond to make sure the job was completed on a timely manner and made sure that the customer was very satisfied. On a scale of 1 - 10 10 being very satisfied we would rate DO All Glaze and Remodel LLC a 10 or higher. We would definitely recommend their service to any one in need of a remodeling project. We had a manufacturing problem with our door and Mr. Dana did not hesitate to come out and fix the problem even though it was not something they did, it was the manufacture that gave us a faulty leaky door. Mr. Dana and Brian again went above and beyond to get the problem resolved and to make sure the costumer was totally satisfied with their service. Awesome! Dana is a friendly, helpful, and knowledgable professional. He explained exactly what was wrong and the best way to fix it. He was very flexible with his schedule and showed up when he did he would. He has very reasonable rates and I highly recommend his company. I will not hesitate to call him again when I need tile services.

First I inquired about a tub reglaze quote, it had already been glazed and would need to be stripped and redone. Dana sent some photos and we set a tentative date. I then noticed I had almond ceramic tile surround that probably should also be reglazed since the tub was changing to white. I asked him specifically how much to add the surround reglaze to the quote and sent a photo of it. Dana then gave me a quote of $2,000-$5,000 to do the job. This is all standard tub and surround like you see in millions of homes. He then called me, swore at me, called me a F'ing idiot, and told me I should "just do it yourself" Wow, not a good conversation to have with a potential customer ever... so needless to say I told him I am going to be exploring other options. As it turned out he misunderstood the part about reglazing the surround, thought I wanted it retiled, (I did not even know his company did that), so it was his misunderstanding that led to his anger and frustration, which could have been clarified with a polite phone call or text, instead he chose to be angry and name call. He eventually did apologize in a text message with a one word "sorry" but too little too late. Too many other choices out there that do not subject their customers to verbal abuse. No matter how he chooses to respond, this it 100% TOTALLY unacceptable and I strongly feel Angie's list potential customers need to know what kind of personality they are going to be dealing with if they choose to hire Do All Glaze... I will also be contacting Angie's List and copying them on this review of service I received from this provider.

They were in and out in less than 1 day. So far (2 months later) the results look good. It hasn't cracked or leaked and looks much better than it used to look. The grout was cracking up. They removed the cracked areas of the grout and the epoxy filled seams and applied new grout.

Dana did a great job. Keep us informed as work was completed. Took pictures as project progressed. His customer service is excellent. I would highly recommend him for redoing a bath room and re glazing. We felt we got our money worth. He gave us a firm quote and even with the problems he ran into he stuck to his quote. From what I found out and getting quotes we could have have paid a lot more for the job. Dana really takes pride in his work! We felt from the start when he came to do a quote that he would do a great job. He sure did!

Do All Glaze and Remodeling LLC reglazed our old tube in fall of 2014, they did a beautiful job and for a very reasonable price. In Dec of 2015 a small area (about the size of plum) the glaze pealed away, leaving the base of the tube exposed. I called the company and left a message. Within an hour or two the owner had called me back and set up an appointment. The owner came and did his magic and some extra things like caulking some of the tile and around the tub. He did a great job, and charge a small fee for coming to the house. Would recommend this company.

Altogether, it was a very positive experience. Dana Michael and an assistant arrived promptly and completely the work quickly with a minimum of fuss. The result surpassed our expectations. Who knew a reglazed tub would look so good!

I am extremely happy with the job that the owner, Dana Michael, did on my bath tub. He arrived on time and explained everything very thoroughly. Having never had this done before, I asked many questions and he was glad to answer them. He also added additional information that really put my mind at ease. I felt very confident he knew exactly what he was doing and that the outcome would be good. He had me take a look at what he was doing from time to time and I was astonished at the difference as he worked on the many rust spots at the bottom of the tub. He took every precaution to make sure the process went smoothly. I have had some asthma problems and was worried about breathing difficulties. I was relieved that there were no problems with this and he was confident that there wouldn't be. It was clear to me that Dana Michael is a very friendly and professional guy that cares about his customers being happy. He did an amazing job and I would recommend him to anyone.

I had two bathtubs stripped and refinished. The owner was prompt and finished ahead of schedule. My bathtubs look better than I expected. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

All went well. We are very happy with the results. He was very courteous, polite, respectful.

Preparation was thorough, glazing was excellent. It look and feels great. After a few weeks all is well and it cleans up great with non abrasive cleaners. Communication was excellent and his attention to detail was too. Just to be safe we let it cure an additional 24 hours before using. Job clean up was good and he did a good job of overspray control. Caulking afterwards was well done.

Very hard worker. Stripped off old glaze, reglazed, calked, then cleaned up. Great job.

Dana re-glazed an ancient cast iron tub in our recently remodeled bathroom. This tub was basically used as a dumpster during the remodel. There were deep gouges, chips and scratched throughout the tub. When he was done it looked brand new. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering replacing or re-glazing a tub.

As I stated before, he was amazingly helpful and seemed to know a lot about his craft. If circumstances had not changed I would definitely have hired him to do the work. We will be calling Dana back as soon as we are able to have the work performed.

Dana was prompt to respond to my request for an estimate. He was excellent in communicating with me what his service entailed as well as being upfront about any and all fees that would be incurred. He was professional and courteous, he reglazed 2 of our apt. unit tubs. While working on one of our units he also discovered a leak behind the tub wall which had caused damage and erosion behind the tiles around the tub's faucet. We were able to have a plumber come in, repair the leak, and then Dana came back in to finish the job as well as repair & replace the damaged tile and grout. He was fantastic to work with and did an excellent repair for us. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future or to recommend him to anyone that might need his services. I couldn't have been happier with Do-all Glaze and Remodel!

Dana was very professional, polite, and exhibited such fantastic customer service! WOW is all I have to say! He started the job on Saturday and realized it was going to take a wee bit l longer. Believe this if you can ....he came back on SUNDAY to finish up!!!!! Thanks Dana I will see you this summer for more home improvement jobs! ;-)

We are so glad that we chose Do All Glaze to do the repair work in our bathroom. We knew our vintage style bathroom tub and tile surround were going to be a difficult fix, many years of use, badly damaged tiles and a previous improper fix job. Dana didn't disappoint, our tub looks like NEW (which is really quite unbelievable)!
