Overall this is a mixed-review. Let me say that every person in the store was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. This is a family business, and it really shows. They were patient, they were accommodating as we slowly made up our mind (taking home dozens of samples), and frankly their pricing was EXTREMELY competitive. The flooring they recommended was a perfect fit in our home, and we could not be happier with the finished product. On the flip side, while they were pleasant to work with, virtually every employee was very slow to respond to us (including the sales people). My wife and I are both in sales, so we understand that things come up. But we should not wait days to hear from someone, and it happened on numerous occasions. As for the installation experience, this was also a mixed bag. The guys were pleasant and very thorough, completing work that was beautiful and worthy of the price we paid. HOWEVER the responsiveness and punctuality was borderline pathetic. I believe their installers also work for other companies, or at least complete their own jobs on the side. This showed itself to be a big problem on several occasions, especially as we still (to this day) work to get them back here to fix a few minor squeaks in the floor. They are also younger guys, and as a result they could never find a way to get here before 11am. They prefer to work late, which is fine if you don't have a big family. We accommodated this for a week straight, but it would have made much more sense to start early and end at a normal time. They could not find a way to get here early though, and often showed up 1-3 hours later than they said they would. They were responsive during the installation process, but have promised to come back on certain dates SEVERAL times since completion...with no subsequent response and no showing up! We had to badger the store owners to finally get the installer back out here for some warranty work. I put that I would hire this company again in the future, but it is with very mixed emotions. Price and buying experience is always a driving force, and they won this hands down. But you will have to babysit the installation process from start to finish.

-Tile is crooked for it seems they did not utilize spacers. -It was cold out so a wet saw could not be utilized. They cut in the garage and left it a mess. Still have dust falling from ceiling.

We were unhappy so we took pictures of their work and sent it to the company and said it was not good. They promised to fix it, but never did. We are still waiting. We needed a real fast turnaround time because our kitchen cabinets were being delivered. It was tongue-in-groove wood flooring. The guys called the day before the installation wanting to know if, instead of coming at nine as was scheduled, they could come at seven because they wanted to go fishing. I told them it was okay so they came, but their work was sloppy. In the bathroom we have a gap between some of the boards that is almost 1/2-inch. We have taken pictures and they have come out but keep telling me they are really busy at present but will get to me. Right now the bathroom still has a huge gap. We had a heat register that came up out of the floor that was going to go underneath some cabinets and they did not finish the floor around it. We had to put the piece of wood in to put the cabinets in. I have told the owner I am really unhappy. When they wanted to come early I tried to accommodate them and I got a lousy job. Still to this day it has not been fixed. It was a real easy job, there was nothing to work around. The room was clear, empty.

Salesman applied no pressure and was helpful and patient as we selected product. Delivery and installation was done in the time frame promised. Installers took good care and did an excellent job. Price was good and we are confident with the quality of the product and installation.

Absolute disaster and poor craftsmanship. Showed up late and left early - took two days to do a one day job. Installers made mess and did not clean up. Ron, the sales person and owner didn't care when we complained and said we were over reacting. Shoddy installation and installers scratched walls and hardwood floors. My advice is do not use this service unless you want a messy destroyed house and a business that does not care about customer satisfaction.

See above. He was very professional. I was not aware that he installs the raw wood and then finishes it after they lay it.

Friends referred us after they'd gotten new carpeting. We purchased an upgraded style with a cloth backing that isn't supposed to hurt the walls since much of our home was just professionally painted. Once the installers arrived, I told the leader where I wanted the seam to run in the great room--they started installing how they wanted not according to my instructions. I corrected it & they threw the end of the carpet roll against the wall. Turns out cloth backing can hurt paint if you drop a whole roll 4' up on the wall and let it slide to the floor. I showed the installer the problems and he didn't care. The sales person didn't care and said "it happens". They'd also broken a desk drawer and the sales person wanted me to bring it in so they could use some construction adhesive & glue it. I was done by then. No resolution or fix to my wall. I love my carpeting, not dealing with them or what they did to the walls.

Job completed the morning of 6/14 as promised. The installer was professional and the job looked fantastic.

Perfect Floors had replaced carpet in a den and family room in the past and we were very pleased. This time we went back to look at flooring for a basement bath project. Sales staff were helpful and we could strike a nice balance of price, look and quality. We decided on a vinyl product and settled on a price during our first visit and it was within a couple days that the basement bath flooring was installed. The installation went very well.

They did good work.

I spent $1700 on that job. My interaction with them was fine. It looks good and it went easy.

I spent about $1000 or $2000 on that work. Their customer service was very good and they were very courteous. They did the work on time and in time. I paid the same price that they quoted me. I would tell other members that they are a very good company to work with.

From sales to installation everything went better than expected. Everyone I came in contact with was very knowledgeable and helpful. Kenny, wood floor installation, was very detail oriented. He was prompt, polite, and professional. He also answered my endless questions about floor maintenance. Wouldn't hesitate to have him again. We had a similar experience with the carpet installation. I highly recommend this company.
