I hired the company to repair some rotting wood on my garage. The work was done very well at less than quoted. The carpenter cleaned up the site very well and was very nice. I'm very satisfied with the repair and will hire the company again for other work I need done.

They were very responsive and detail oriented in completing the work. They replaced a damage piece of wood near the soffits. While inspecting the roof, they found a hole on the side where birds / pests could enter, and they sealed it for us. Overall, they were very knowledgeable and personable to work with - would definitely recommend.

John McCarter Consruction did a very good job on my replacing my rotting trim and chase work. The weather worked against them, though, and then I kindof got lost in the sauce and had to remind them that the job wasn't done. Once it was done, the price came in 50% higher than quoted which was unfortunate. We split the difference which made it a bit more bearable, but all in all, the job was WAY more expensive than I expected which is why I rated the value for the money lower than I would have.

Had a front door ordered and installed. Customers service was very good and the door looks and works great.
