Was very pleased. Came on time. Was willing to work on a Saturday. Andy is very pleasant and explains directions for using the equipment in a very easy to understand manner.

Sent Andy a message through AL and within minutes of sending the message, Andy called me to discuss options and make me aware of the potential issues (given we have a natural brick fireplace). He was informative, honest, and incredibly responsive. Not sure if we will proceed given the issues we would face, but if we do (or for any other home theater work) , I would only call Andy based on this experience. It is just that rare. Oh, I should mention this was a Sunday morning!

He was very personable and professional. Everything was cleaned up following the work done. This was definitely worth the cost. I would recommend Andy and Bryant Contracting LLC. We did have a little trouble scheduling a date for service, but that was due to the weather and family illness on the contractor's end.

He tried to program a universal remote, but it didn't work. He tried for 2 hours. He got our older remote working better than ever though Worth the money to us

I wanted to keep the job to 4 hours so we exchanged several emails about my requirements. I purchased the wires from Monoprice to save some dough but I purchased wall plates and banana plugs from Andy. By the time he got home a lot of the decisions were done. We made a couple of last minute adjustments and still managed to stay in the target budget hours. He was right on the money as to the time it would take - and he was moving at a pretty good pace. He got a great workout from going up and down the basement to run the wires under the LR and to the Library. I would definitively hire Bryant Contracting again if I have to rewire or have other work done.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it went really well. He was very nice, did a great job and I was very happy. He was efficient, honest, did not seem shady and knew what he was doing. I was very pleased. I was happy there were no additional charges and it did not seem like he was trying to charge me any extra.

One word - AWESOME!! Talking to Andy was so good that I can recommend him to anyone - any time. Andy not only provides a wealth of information on the installation, but also offers alternative solution options. He is current on the current sound and video products and is able to bring significant discounts on a number of AV receiver and speaker products. Very clean and professional final work product and leaves the work area professionally. I could not be around at the time of the actual installation and my wife and family were raving about him after he finished the job. Andy is extremely prompt in communicating details on scheduling the appointment and any changes via email and text. He was also very upfront about prices and estimates. He gave me real options that worked very well for my TV installation and added the AVR, center channel speaker and sub woofer to the audio solution that worked very well for my budget. Extremely satisfied with Andy and what he brings to the table as a package to get an audio-video solution executed for any need!

Andrew was incredibly punctual, thorough, and helpful. Within an hour after I purchased the big deal coupon on-line, he was calling to schedule an appointment. He asked about the details of the job and did some homework before coming and checked things out with us by e-mail in advance so that he knew exactly what we needed. He had a cancellation in his schedule and was able to come to do our job within three days of our coupon purchase. He was punctual and well-prepared, and he followed through on re-programming our older model universal remote without pressuring us at all to upgrade. He was very knowledgeable, patient with our need to practice with the remote, and willing to answer questions and give good advice about future audio-visual purchases we are considering.

Received initial email contact from provider after purchase. Left two phone messages and one email with no response from provider. Needless to say, I was disappointed, as I have always had good service from all providers I have used through Angie's list.

He was on-time, thorough and very friendly and professional. Worked closely with me on optimal placement of the TVs and the work was done efficiently and the end results were perfect.

Andy came out to quote the job and did the work all within 10 days of first contact. He asked if I wanted the work done before Christmas and when I said that "would be nice", he made sure it happened and did the install on a Sunday morning - at no extra charge. He installed a full motion wall mount for TV (I already had mount) and a shelf (I had the shelf but he provided the brackets and hardware) for music system. He tucked the wires into a channel which he provided.

Andy provides a very professional service. Pricing was very attractive for the work required. The parts were ordered and the service was provided within a few days of requesting the order. Very impressed!

It was great! The additional charges beyond the big deal amount was $95. He came out with in a few weeks of me purchasing the deal. He was very good and very professional.

Everything went fantastic! Andy’s crew showed up on time used plenty or drop cloths and kept the floors nice and clean. They painted out the ceiling, walls, trim, and crown molding. Eric was the painting foreman and kept my wife and I very informed throughout the process. I am very happy with how the final product came out since there were a lot of spots that looked bad from the old paint job, but the extra cost for wall prep was well worth the cost. The entire house now needs to be painted before Christmas.

Installed a wall mounted TV. Only issue was trying to program the remote control - but that was solved after calling the service provider.

Hung 2 large screen TV's on the wall to give me more space, nice finishing touches by enclosing cords so that I didn't have to look at them. Very professional and helpful, would definitely recommend and would have come to my home again for further work.

Andy was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. We did end up paying more than the advertized special, but that was because we asked for more outlets and an upgraded, articulating mount. He was able to accomodate all of our requests on the spot. We are very pleased with the result and would definitely recommend him to others.

I am extremely Happy with the work Andy did! It was a pretty big job and he did a Beautiful job installing everything! Then he downloaded apps on both mine and my husbands iPhones to control the TV, play iTunes and pandora through the TV! Then took the time to show us how to use everything and answer all our questions! Not to mention giving us his cell phone number so we could call him anytime we had questions! We highly recommend his services!!

It could not have gone any better, I have been telling my family all about the great experience I had working with Bryant Contracting. Andy came to my home looked at the TV and where I wanted it mounted, he gave me options on how I wanted it mounted and informed me of my tv mounts choices, offered some suggestions on how to get the most out of my system by adding a powered sound bar with subwoofer( I am so glad I bought this from him). Andy was never pushy about trying to sell me more electronics very informative and let me make a decision I was very comfortable with. His pricing on electronics was better than I could find at any other reputable retailer. We scheduled a appointment for the work to be done, I could not be home and my wife was going to be their when Andy did the job. He made my wife feel very comfortable when he was in our home working, he even made friends with my two dogs. The work was done exactly as we spoke about during the original consultation, all the wires were hidden and a great deal of care was taken by Andy, when it comes to wire maintenance. Andy demonstrated how the soundbar worked with all of our other devices and answered any questions my wife had. I must say I went to all the big box stores to ask about the price on installation and Bryant Contracting was much more affordable, and I am positive the job was done better. Andy is very professional and his rates/prices are very good. Plus, he went above-and-beyond what was in the quote and did lots of extras for free. A part of the install was through Angie's List Big Deal and everything was fulfilled perfectly as described in the deal/coupon. Andy made sure that everything worked perfectly and addressed all of our questions and requests; also, he said that he will come back and address anything that we have further questions about and/or to adjust the settings on the system.
