Was able to reach Andy on first call. He came on time, made an assessment, recommended a minor equipment upgrade. Returned the following day to install the new equipment. Problem solved. He was prompt, efficient, knowledgable and thorough I would definitely recommend him to a friend

It went outstanding. We have had problems with the picture jumping or cutting out since a few months after the system was installed. The cable company, television warranty technicians (was a new TV last year) and the system installer all looked at it. They changed parts, swapped boxes and practically rebuilt the TV. The same problem occurred. Andrew came out, on tine and quickly narrowed the problem to cord issues. He replaced three cords, one of which was obviously damaged. The picture never looked better. I would use him again and recommend him to install a home system. He knows what he is talking about.

Did a good job, installed my 65in tv on the wall, hid wires inside the wall (except for power cord, not long enough to install inside wall and still attach to outlet). No extra charges, the $119 cover everything. I did previously purchase and provided the tv mount which Bryant installed on the wall. Cleaned the wall and tv screen after installation. He took off his shoes when coming in the house, also cleaned up after himself, did not leave a mess. He came late in the day (around 5pm), wished he could have come earlier in the day to do the service. Found out a few days later I did not know how to properly use the tilt option for the mount, Bryant came back days later to adjust and show me how to do in the future.

Very polite did a great job and very pleased.

Andy came in on time and: -exam home existing audio system -fixed one terminal interface -provided suggestions for the system improvement

It was good. The price was reasonable and they did a great job. They sent one guy out to do the job. They contacted me right away to set up the service. It was a fast response and I would work with them again.

He's a really good guy. He's on time, on budget, organized, professional and he has fantastic pricing compared to other quotes I got. We had a great experience.

They were professional responded in a timely manner

The technician arrived at my house at the agreed upon time. He discovered after he arrived that my basement was finished and that I had high basement ceilings so he couldn't run the wires through the drywall like I'd originally wanted. He offered to run a track inconspicuously along the side of the fireplace to the plug. I went along with that and he had to come back later that week to run the track and mount the tv. I was very pleased with his work and he was very nice and professional. I also thought that the price was fair. I plan to use him again if a need arises.

That was good, that was great. Just good job, they did it in two days. That was good. They are top notch work, they are quality work. I have no quarrel with anything they did. I was quite satisfied.

Everything turned out great. We wanted all the wires hidden behind the wall and a TV mounted in my husband's conference room. Service provider was very professional and had everything needed to get the job done.

Andrew has done other work in my home. He is professional and good to work with. He came out and gave me a quote. I was able to get a lower quote. I will not hesitate to call Andrew again or recommend him. It just did not work out this time.

We did not want to undertake that amount of extra work at this time, so, we parted amicably.

The service was exceptional. The owner, who did the work, was very willing to work with our needs. There was constant communication about design and cost. He was always taking into consideration our needs. Scheduling of the work was easy and flexible. Most communication was done efficiently through email. His work has always been high quality and done on time. His service has been the best service I have had in any category. I would definitely recommend his work.

Note to Angie's List: Hire Bryant Contractors Owner as a consultant to clean up the rif raf of your service providers. This man is the epitome of what I expected when I forked over $15.00 for help with the jobs I am unable to do my self. Sunday April 13. Called Bryant Contracting expecting to leave a message to have 2 TV's mounted. Owner answered. Set appointment to meet 4pm following day. Monday April 14. 3:45pm called to let me know he was 15 minutes away. 4pm arrived. Review job. Made several suggestions to improve the esthetic of the room. Quoted $600.00. I agreed. Since I thought the price was great I wanted the . work done asap. He said we would come Wednesday after another job around 6pm. I agreed. Wednesday April 16. 5:30pm. Owner called to say he was 1/2 hour away. 6pm arrived with all necessary part and equipment to complete job. 11:30pm cleaned up completed job and left. The owner of Bryant Contracting is Andy Lapham. My name is Marty. Everything I fix cost me more to get fixed once I'm done fixing it, then it would have cost me if I had gotten someone to fix it for me before I attempted to fix it. I have had every knucklehead work for me. I've had the guy that spends more time in my bathroom then on the job. The guy that swears like a drunken sailor. The no show guy. The pay me first and never see again guy. I've had em all, so you might say I'm a little suspicious. And along comes Andy. He shows up on time, does exactly what he said. And more. He installed components like Xbox's Blue Rays, which were Long gathering dust, hidden away. He hid all the cable boxes and components in another room and the remote I had operates them. It is the coolest thing ever, and there was no extra charge. Brand new HD cables, better then I had. No extra charge. Its Thursday and I feel like James Bond. I can't believe all he did for $600.00. (a lot of money to me) He worked until 11:30. No phone calls, no bathroom breaks, no lunch. Just worked. ( I'm still wondering if I'm being punked). I'm sure he would have been done an hour or so sooner but when I found out Bryant Contracting does more then TV installs I picked his brain about 5 other projects around here. First project. Redesign my counter space and counter tops in the kitchen. Yes I recommend Bryant Contracting. But give me a couple weeks to keep them busy.

They are excellent. The guy who came out was a very nice worker. He was a very honest worker. I was happy with what he did. The quality of the service was excellent. He was superb. His professionalism was excellent.

Contractor was very courteous and timely. Given our house electrical configuration the cost would have been substantially more than the deal to install the lights thus we decided to put resources into other projects.

Our appointment was at 5. He called once because he was late at another appointment. He called a second time saying he was at the wrong address. When Andy got here he was an hour and 45 minutes late. I called Angie's List 3 times because I didn't have the breakdown of the charges. A rep at Angie?s List emailed the details of the Big Deal to me. The deal said he was suppossed to conceal the A/V cables in the wall. He wanted to charge another $95 to conceal the wires. By the time I had gotten the information from Angie?s List he wanted to charge another $50 for mounting the tv because he would need to use a larger bracket. The tv falls within the 46? tv size. He said he would have to use the 70? bracket. The tv is only 40?. He said the way the joints in the wall are would require that bracket. He didn't have a breakdown of what the deal included. By the time we got the breakdown my husband had already told Andy to cancel the deal because he was wanting to charge an extra $145 for services that were included.

Was very happy with the service. I called and they came over to give me an estimate the next day and they were able to do the job 2 days later. Very professional job. Setup, job timing and clean up was all done exceptionally. Thanks
