Description of Work: Checked out, evacuated and released and added Freon for mini-split AC/Heat Pump

Description of Work: Installed a new air conditioner.

Description of Work: We called Jim Brumley when the furnace went out in one of our units in an apartment in New Hudson. We had called another heating and cooling agency who said they couldn't come out for 2 days. This was unacceptable, since our tenant had no heat. We then called Jim who came out the same day, a couple of hours after we called. He was very knowledgable, professional, fixed the problem and gave some advice to the tenant regarding maintenance of the furnace. He had to replace a part and his fees were reasonable. We will call him back to inspect the other three furnaces and clean them all. Thanks Jim for this quick response to what could have been a truly dangerous situation. Sandy Hill Apartments

Description of Work: He provided Heating & A/C services for me also two other times in 2011 for a total of three times. He has high integrity, knowledge and professionalism in the Heating & A/C Business and he is a good person. Each time he came out he did not try to hard sell me on buying service upgrades or new equipment than was necessary to do a good job and to get the job done. December 18th, 2011 I had to have an emergency service since my rental residence heat was off and he came right away and charged a reasonable amount for what he did, also had the part on his truck. We are very pleased with him and highly recommend him.
