+ 0 moreThe team of 2 workers were professional. They called ahead to ask if they could come earlier than arranged. They explained what they were going to do. I appreciated they brought their own floor protection for the areas they were not cleaning. We discussed what furniture needed to be moved. Overall, I was happy with the results for both the furniture and the carpets that were cleaned.

+ -1 moreI was able to make the reservation on line and get an estimate of the cost at the same time. That's a plus for me. Dave, the company's owner, arrived right in time. We have 4 dogs so there were a few dog vs. carpet issues to address. The carpets look and smell great. The area rug also cleaned very well. We have used larger, nationally known companies before. They were done with the cleaning in a little under 45 minutes and we had to deliver and then pick up the area rug to their business. Bee Clean Services was a much, much better choice. Dave was here almost 2 hours, including a walk through prior to and after the cleaning. We will use Bee Clean again.

+ -1 moreExcellent! I had 2 days to turnover a small condo unit rental for a new tenant. The previous tenant was in the unit for 3 years and the carpet needed a deep deep cleaning. Dave scheduled me quickly and was able to clean the unit's carpet before the new tenant moved in. The carpet is about 12 years old, so I wasn't expecting miracles, but I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the carpet turned out! Almost looked brand new! (I've had the carpet cleaned before with another company and it was just "ok".) I will plan to use Dave again for future cleanings and would highly recommend him to friends and family!

With 4 very active kids growing up here along with many animals in a home on a country lot, we have tried about half the carpet cleaners listed here and many others. If the other companies get an A, then Bee Clean gets an A++. We will never use anyone else. Exceptional.

Description of Work: Bee clean was great. They did our carpets as well as some of our couches/chairs. They were incredibly thorough, professional and with 3 kids and a dog got our house and couches looking great. I also appreciated the time they spent talking to us and even suggesting not doing a couple of chairs to save money when a home remedy would work. We've used them several times and will again in the future. Well worth using them!!
