Roger and his team always provide excellent service. From the evaluation of my trees to the removal of the trees to the cleanup they are helpful, courteous and professional. I have used Arrow several times in the last 3-4 years. They are my go-to tree team!

Remove trees..............not sure of date or price for 2012.

I needed some trees trimmed that were blocking the street view. They were prompt in calling me back and setting up a time to come over to give me a free estimate. I wasn't exactly sure how best to cut the trees so they still looked nice and he basically told me what I should do with them. I had also recently cut off some big branches off a tree that was hitting my house and he offered to and quot;clean upand quot; my work and make it look a little nicer. They came out the following week while I wasn't home and did a great job. They removed some brush I asked them to move, cleaned-up the tree I had previously cut, and did a great job on the trees that were blocking the street view. They even got rid of some old firewood I didn't want anymore. Price was also very reasonable. Great experience overall, would definitely recommend.

I went with Arrow because they were able to quote the job within 3-4 days while the other services said they would not be able to quote me the job for 2 weeks. The price seemed fair so I cancelled the other quote requests. Within a week they had taken the trees down and left the wood as requested. I found the owner very friendly and helpful (I'm terrible with names - sorry). I would definitely use him again and would recommend him to anyone that needs a tree work.

I called and scheduled an estimate. We arranged to meet on a Friday. I was then called the day before that Friday and informed and quot;he was too busy to meet meand quot;. Apparently he has so much business that he wouldn't be able to do my job until October (it's currently July). I appreciated the call to let me know he couldn't do the job, but he could have called a few days earlier so I could arrange for another company to come out tomorrow. Now my day off is essentially wasted. He was friendly enough but the last second cancel is unacceptable to me.

I had an 80 foot tree with 4 stumps next to my garage and they did a superb job taking it all down to a stump. They started at 10 AM and were done by 5 pm with clean up. Fascinating to watch how they maneuvered around all the electrical and phone cables that were intertwined through the tree. I called many companies and most did not even return my calls. I would use them again and recommended then to anyone having issues with tree removal.

It went fine. I got an estimate and then we agreed on an approximate date. Roger and his crew were very nice and my dogs though Roger was there to exlusively visit them.

They were very good. They were on time and were professional. They were perfect. They cleaned up after themselves. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if needed.

I called Roger with an emergency tree situation after one of our trees literally disintegrated at the base from carpenter ants. Roger came out that day to estimate the removal of that tree along with several other dead trees in our yard. I got quite an education in what to look for in dead and insect infested trees which will help us in the future. Roger walked the entire property with me looking at trees and making suggestions about removal or monitoring. He explained how the fallen tree would be removed and reassured me that it would stay caught in the other trees until he could bring it down. His crew was polite, friendly and did a good job of cleaning up the job site. I was very pleased with their services.

All went as hoped for

Once more provided excellent service at very reasonable price. Roger James is also fun to talk to--real down-to-earth guy. I have used his service many times over the past 5 years. True, his equipment looks beat-up, but that helps him keep his costs down. I will continue to call on him anytime I have tree problems in my two acres. By the way they also do a very good job in cleaning up after themselves.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEY DID THE JOB THE WAY THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY CAME ON TIME AND THEY CHARGED A REASONABLE PRICE.

THIS COMPANY WAS ON TIME AND DID A GOOD JOB. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES REALLY WELL. THEY WERE ALSO REALLY POLITE AND FRIENDLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
